Its a big size speaker. No problem buying Amazon renewed item also. Sound quality is high but not very loud. Speaker versus sound volume is not that great. Size makes it little less portable l.

I’m not sure if I got a defective unit, but there was absolutely zero bass. That being said the highs were crisp. It was also late to arrive and they took forever to even acknowledge that I returned the speaker. I’m unsatisfied with the customer service.

After a few months of having the speaker it no longer charges.

Good quality. Excellent sound. Little too much bass. Need something to adjust tone when watching TV with it. Otherwise good product.

The battery on this sucks starts to play than drops of than the unit turns of and than back on! I had the battery charge for over 10 hours and it drops in seconds! Sounds good but i am disappointed i. The unit cause i can listen to it unless its plugged in!

Clearly, this was not Certified Refurbished. It was returned by another customer then repackaged for resale with no testing whatsoever. If it had been refurbished, the testing would have found that either the battery connection was faulty, or the battery itself could not hold a charge. The sound quality is fine and works when plugged to the wall. When disconnected from the wall, it plays for less than a minute before losing its charge. I tried 3 times (approx 3.5 hours charging time on each attempt) to charge the battery, and ended up with the same result. The LED indicators also jump around randomly. With most companies, I prefer buying refurbished (lower price/more scrutiny with testing), however, whichever company involved with the turnaround of this speaker is not doing their job.
