> 3 dayClearWeld always worked well for me and I assume its still a good formula, but J-B Weld has downsized it so small (for the same price, of course) that a Hershey bar -- the old downsized cliche -- looks massive in comparison. The problem is that the plunger-driven openings are so small, its hard to see whether youre squeezing out an equal amount of epoxy and hardener. That was always something of a problem because youd usually have to press one side harder than the other -- they never seemed to come out equally. But you could eyeball what you were squeezing out much more easily than you can with the new baby sized version. J-B Weld should just put the material in separate tubes, like a lot of other products.

05-11-2024The epoxy worked great to adhere a golf shaft to the hozzle adapter of a Callaway driver. It was easy to mix and apply, set up well, and is working fine on the golf club. I had used a different epoxy in the past that was for golf clubs. It was more expensive than this one and the two bottles held way more epoxy then I needed. By the time I tried to use it for a second club it would harden.

> 3 dayIt may only take a few minutes to cure, but if possible Id try to leave whatever youre adhering alone for a few hours. But once it is done and fully cured, its not going anywhere. This stuff is REALLY good. One complaint though, it smells awful. Even just opening the packaging you can smell it. And if you leave it in a drawer, youll smell it when you open it. But aside from that minor inconvenience, this stuff is phenomenal.

> 3 dayMy skill with this product is not the best, but I was able to repair things using this epoxy for which superglue and gorilla glue had failed. I suggest wearing disposal gloves when using. And I remember each time I use it as Im trying to clean the epoxy of my hands.

> 3 dayAdhered canvas top to rear window glass of convertible along bottom edge. This item didnt set up quick enough to fix this problem to begin with. I first used M50 GUOELPHANT instant adhesive for shoe repair and all purpose, sets in 10-30 seconds, from amazon. This helped to bond the rigid canvas to rear glass in reasonable time in small sections at a time. After this used JB Weld clear 5 minute quick set to apply a 1/4 bead along canvas top and back window seam. If you try this particular job clean and dry all surfaces well to insure a good bond.. Also used a wooden cuticle stick to mix and apply the JB Weld..Hope this helps someone..
