I was training for a half marathon, but was having some problems with my knees. These truly did help. I wore them for my race. The nice part of these is they arent motion restricting. Theyre pretty comfortable and dont fall down too badly.

In the beginning they worked great,I actually forgot I was wearing them, but after a couple weeks they got stretched out and just didnt give me the support I needed.

My neighbor told us about these. The pain was so bad my s/o could barely walk sometimes. Doctors said the problem was age related and recommended arthritis treatment and care. The support these provide just below the knee made all the difference between being able to walk with minimal to no discomfort and severe pain. Highly recommended.
