> 3 dayI usually never write a review, well these straps really deserve it though. When I hike I avoid stairs hiking, steep downhill hikes and stairs in general because my knees hurt with each step. I bought these straps in hopes of some sort of support, I tried to use them like it says, just below the knee cap for support, didn’t work for me and also would slide down unless tightly strapped, well, I tried to strap them just above my knee cap, a bit overlying the cap actually and when I went Zion to hike my long hikes we happened to do many stairs and downhill hikes which I thought I was super bummed out to do but what a surprise it was to find out my knees did not hurt AT ALL during the hike! I felt NORMAL! No pain, no uncomfortable feeling in my knees! I wore them ALL the time during all of our hikes and I shall admit, I came home and felt like I could do stairs without any pain and without the straps at this point! It felt like these straps fixed my knees. Over time, during everyday life the pain did come back again and I am still working in fixing my real issue with knees, since obviously the straps would not cure the problem but they really did a miracle when I needed them to! I love these! At times they do slide down a bit and I do have to tighten the straps but for the money paid and the work they do for me I can do the restraping without much complain. Just want to say, they worked for me even though I have used them differently than advised.

> 3 dayI like these for when I just need knee support for both knees or even one above and one below my knee. They are lightweight, secure, large enough to go around even a large knee and lower thigh area. They were worth the money and I would purchase again.

> 3 dayThe person I got these for has had a lot of back pain and surgeries on their back. Though these don’t completely take the pain away it made it manageable for them to do a lot more than they did before.

> 3 dayThese knee strap stabilizers are helpful by placing some pressure especially on the knee cap area of the knee. The strap has elasticity to it. The actual pad is soft, is not harsh on the painful knee. there is a newer version of this one which has a little firmer pad.

> 3 dayI bought this about 2 weeks ago but today is the first time wearing it because my knee was hurting a lot this morning. I torn my MCL and Meniscus about 3 1/2 months ago and the doctor doesn’t want to do surgery yet. So, I’ve been doing physical therapy and that has helped tremendously because I couldn’t even bend my knee at all before. It has gotten so much better but I do feel a bit of pain from time to time. I don’t know why my knee was hurting so much today after so long of it feeling good, so I decided to give this strap a try. All I can say is wow. I was shocked that my pain went away instantly. It is really amazing how this little strap works. And it stays in place when walking around. I like that it is cushioned all around so the Velcro doesn’t poke you. Two came in the order and I know I will need it because I’ll be going back to work within the next 2-3 weeks and I’m a mail carrier so I will need all the support I can get. I really like this product due to how easy it is to put on and it is also slim so I can wear it under my pants for work in the winter. Excellent buy. I wish I had bought it sooner.
