These knee strap stabilizers are helpful by placing some pressure especially on the knee cap area of the knee. The strap has elasticity to it. The actual pad is soft, is not harsh on the painful knee. there is a newer version of this one which has a little firmer pad.

These are super comfy and make my tennis game smoother. SO much less knee pain. Theyre easy to put on and take off.

I like the fit but a little bulky.

I used to swim competitively for years and my knees are now garbage. I have used lots of products and overall I still think knee sleeves work the best for me. When I got this knee strap thing to work it was great, but that was only a handful of times really well. I cant seem to get it to line up the same way each time. While these wont slide, they *dont* always prevent my knees from popping out which is the whole reason why I got them and how I know the alignment is very inconsistent. Its hard to rate the range of motion because of that. I find knee sleeves to be much for reliable and more worth the money. These straps seem to be for show or minimalism, but arent consistently helpful. Edit: I would like to give the company kudos for reaching out to me about this review. I have received multiple emails requesting I resend the item for a refund and take back my review. I have been offered a bigger strap item as well. I will leave up my review, because it was my honest assessment, and Im not trying to dissuade any potential buyers, I am warning others with similar knee popping issues about the issues I incurred.

once i put it on my knees it helped the pain go away i always had pain in my knees since i was smaller and this really does the trick!

I have tried bigger and more expensive braces but this has helped with my pain by far the most

Major SCIATIC PAIN

Buy these! I started my weight loss journey a few weeks ago determined and fired up. A few days into it my my knee pain showed up. I bought these in the middle of the night with my knees thobbing under a heating pad. The next day I received them and so I decided to go to the park hoping to walk at least a mile. I walked 3 miles comfortably and ran some of the way as well with total support of these straps. Mind you I was limping earlier that day. I love that they are adjustable and washable. They are not bulky at all. After a few minutes into working out I forget that Im wearing them. Awesome buy!
