This strap provides pretty good knee support but could be a bit better pad. It’s a little challenging to fit at first compared to others I’ve used. Loved getting a 2-pack!

This did wonders for my knee. The only thing I would say is it took about two or three times to figure out where I needed it. I do have to put it very tight so it get uncomfortable after a few hours and my legs are smaller I guess because the straps are a little too long. Other then that I can run again so I’m still giving it 5 stars

Helps out a lot during my workouts.

These are just ok for my needs. I wrote them to do a workout and had them pulled as tight as I could and I didnt feel they really have me the support I was hoping for. I also want to wear them under jeans and I think they are too bulky. I thought they would be flatter. I will wear them with shorts doing yard work and continue to look for something with a little more support and flatter for a miniscus tear.

I can’t explain why these work but they do. As I get older my knees feel more achy with any activity. But when I put these on, I can do more without getting that achy feeling. They are lightweight, discreet and very comfortable. You can make them as tight or as loose as you want. It’s hard to believe these little straps work but they do.

This brace is really good, specially if you have jumpers knee. I run a lot, and I live in Hawai’i which is a tropical place. Unlike a regular knee brace, this one doesn’t get hot on your knees as it only covers under the knee cap, less friction as well so less skin problems. Would recommend.

Made very well so hope it lasts a while.

I had little hopes for this to work. Within a week while wearing this my knee stopped giving out during my workouts. Thankful I finally found something that works!

Everything is good except its too large for my knee to difficult to adjust to fit
