If this item gets cracked or doesnt work properly, how long do I have to return?

hello, my name is Paula Merino and I am writing to make a claim, what happens is that I bought a htc re camara day July 16 and today the camera does not turn on or charge the battery, so Im very upset about the object is new and damage. I need an answer and a change of product, I pay about 100 dollars and the product was not hard or 2 weeks. I expect a prompt response.

If there was a negative review rating it would be a -5. The manual does not cover any of the required information in the least. There is no information on how to change the date and time setting. The battery is the weakest I have ever seen. It last about 2 30 second recordings if not wired directly to a computer. The record button is next to impossible to tell when it is recording or not. I had thought about using this as a dashcam but I see it would not be of any use as that. My recommendation, dont waste your money.

Purchased and received this item less than 2 weeks ago. Charged it up, used it but only to test and acclimate myself for when I needed it. Put it aside and when I needed it, it did not work. Brought it home, tried to charge it up but nothing. Green light does not come on, will not take any photos and pretty much useless at the moment. Trying to return it to the seller now.

Compact and water proof. This is the second one I purchased as a gift for my father when we go on vacation. Its great around the pool and lazy river. Many many great vacation photos from this camera. Easily transfers photos from here to your phone using ap and wifi. Or you can use a card reader to a laptop. Much better price point than gopro.

Simple to use and fast, the lens wide angle allows you to shot videos and photos without need of a display screen. Fits in my pocket and it has replaced my phone camera. Slow motion and time lapse option are great options that add a fun factor to the product It came with the bottom cap broken and without the charger, the product works fine but it is not brand new.

This is a great little camera. V discreet. The quality for both stills and movies is excellent. If you want it to be completely water resistant, you will have to buy one the accessories which I I would recommend you do. Buy with confidence.

Didnt know what to expect, but I actually really like it. Takes great pictures and videos if the lighting is good. There do seem to be blury ones on occasion if the objects are moving quickly and the low light is just OK. The microphone is also not the best, but it works. I got this for anytime I want to grab a few pics of my daughters playing or doing activities. If I want professional pictures taken, I will pay someone, but this is great for just quick pics and videos.

I discovered this product when I was traveling in Taiwan and I was so impressed with what it can do. The price on Amazon was better than buying in Taiwan. I got it while it was less than 80 and it was a steal for me. I had hard time opening the case and got the items out. It was not a big deal for me. I charged the camera and was glad to find that it came with a 8GB micro SD card. The connecting RE app with the RE was very tricky for me. My phone is Samsung Note 3 but it kept telling me that it couldnt find the RE. My husbands phone is note 3 and it got connected instantly. I then realized because I didnt turn on the data plan, using wifi only would have problem. After connecting the device to my note 3, I have no problem connecting it without using the data plan. This is cool. The app works great controlling the RE and the picture, video qualities are great. I had a Polaroid POLC3 Cube and it was nothing to compare to this HTC RE. I love my HTC RE. I havent used it in water but knowing it can be used under water was very nice. My husband loves its slow motion video recording. All works very well. Buy it, I highly recommend this camera.
