> 3 dayDo not buy any products for Christmas were your return window is limited. This product was not opened until Dec 25th and was minimally used until the semester started the 2nd week of January. Now, 11 days past the return date, the battery is not working (does not last past 1 hour) and the computer keeps freeqing during exams and usage..... AMAZON CHAT WAS HORRIBLE..... no help at all. Will never buy anything electronic through amazon, nor will I buy anything other than books and then I may switch to Chegg..... This has been terrible......

04-11-2024I couldnt get it open because I didnt follow instructions. I returned it in order to get a different one. Also, didnt want a touch screen; I wanted to use a mouse.

Greater than one weekOnly had the product for about a month or so and the WiFi crashes and indicates it’s not operational. Which really sucks when trying to work from home on a laptop. I did a reset and it worked the 1st time, but not the second time it happened. If I don’t figure out something soon I’ll have to return the product which significantly impedes my work schedule. Due to the WiFi headache, I would not recommend this product.

> 3 dayI bought this laptop on 08/2020, at first it works fine but then about 6 months later the screen started to go dark. Long story short, I have called HP tech support about 4 times (be ready to spend about an hour on the phone with them), after each time that they reboot and check my computer, they promised that the problem was fixed, but the issue keep happening. I also send my compute to HP for repair (I have to pay $26 to expedite shipping) they kept it about three weeks. For weeks later, the problem came back. Today I am calling HP again, and now they are telling me that they will not replace it, that I have to send my laptop for repair to them again. Seriously HP!!! No buying this brand ever again.

> 3 daySome days afo I received this pretty computer in my country Dominican Republic, this is very niche, light and fast, why two start? because this computer in the first day of use (3 days ago) the screen turned off 2 times and when that happened also launched some white stripes like those stripes when you take off the antenna from an old TV, I informed amazon about this already and if this happened again I will have too ask for a refund, I hope not to do it because I need the computer for my university and work from home.
