> 24 hourI have some pans from HexClad that I love and this was a perfect addition to my set. It has a good weight to it and I like how easy it is to use.

> 24 hourI really like the durability, wash-ability and the way these perform with cooking. I have a vacation rental where it is hard to keep non-stick from getting ruined, so I think these will do nicely.

> 24 hourI’ve always wanted to try out the Hexclad brands and this pot definitely didn’t disappoint. I seasoned it as per the instructions and so far it’s been great, evenly distributed heat, holds heat, non-stick and easy to clean. My only issue is that I was hoping I’d be able to crank it up to high heat on the stove to get a good sear on meat but they advise against using it any anything higher than medium. So I have to sear in my cast iron and then transfer to the Hexclad in order to do stews and soups, so 2 pans to wash. We’ll see how it stands the rest of time but I am hopeful.

> 24 hourAs others have mentioned, this came packaged beautifully and would make a wonderful wedding or house warming gift. I washed and seasoned as recommended. I havent cooked anything in it at a high heat. So far clean up has been awesome. Ive only handwashed it, no dishwasher for me. Overall very pleased and I hope it lasts forever. It should at thos pricepoint.

> 24 hourIm really loving Hexclads cookware. This is my third piece and its fantastic. Its essentially worry free -- you can use metel utensils for cooking (I still only use plastic and wood) and scouring pads to clean it. There was a little learning curve -- these cook hotter than Calphalon pans do, so you can use a lower temperature, and theyre pretty heavy which is a slight downside when washing them (or when my teen son cooks for himself). Otherwise, awesome pans.

> 24 hourThis pot is the highest quality I’ve owned. I’m impressed with its durability and anticipate it will last forever. There’s nothing I can say about it that I don’t love. You’re able to use metal utensils in it and it’s oven safe up to 500 degrees. It’s also dishwasher safe, but I plan to hand wash anyway for the sake of keeping it top notch and to save space. If you’re on the fence about purchasing this stock pot, do it! You will certainly not regret it.

> 24 hourI was apprehensive about purchasing this at first, as it didnt look silver. I wanted the size which isnt sold in any off brand so I bit the bullet and paid the 199 for it. It is actually silver, or that is what I received, which I prefer. I have another 7 qt Hexclad piece that is more of an everyday pan which I am very happy with. I also have other off brand pieces and an off brand set that I really like. Thus far they all perform equally and the off brand are actually prettier as they have designs. I purchased off brand sets for my son and daughter who really like them. Both sets were a different brand and perform equally. I added to their sets with different brand everyday pans and skillets, as I want to test as many of the different brands as possible. My daughter really loves them and has started cooking more as she says they make cooking more enjoyable : ). My son says his performs equally as well and likes the fact that they are nonstick and clean up quickly. Im getting rid of most of my other cookware, except for my cast iron, which is irreplaceable no matter what. I season the cookware everytime I use it, and use a generous amount of olive oil in all of my cooking, complimented with butter. Olive oil is very good for your health, no need to ration, there are no downsides to olive oil. Im really glad I discovered this new technology, in any brand.

> 24 hourI’ve used this stock pot once so far and it appears to do and be everything that it claim. It is tough as nails, I used metal in it with not a single scratch. I used it both on my gas stove and an induction plate and they both worked fine. I did season as per instructions before use. I seared chicken in here first and it never stuck but had a really nice brown sear. Then I did a cream sauce which came together well. Holds heat very well. I had left some cream sauce in the bottom overnight and next day, I looked at that big pot dreading cleaning it out. I tilted it and that thick sauce began to just pour out as if it were greased underneath. That was amazing. That would have been a sticky mess in another pot. This is a really large pot! 10Q (I believe it said 11” diameter) so you better have a place to store it. I’m looking forward to making my Chile Con Carne and being able to sear my Chuck roast with no sticking. Also, I haven’t tested its ability to hold a steady, low and slow heat but I have no doubt it will pass that test also. This really is like a hybrid cookware with non stick surface but feels and acts like stainless clad and holds steady heat like cast iron. This is expensive cookware, no doubt, but if you can’t afford the large stock pot, you absolutely have to try to get a pan. I will be looking for a pan for everyday usage. I’m sold on Hex Clad! Gordon Ramsey is right!! Imagine that!!
