I like the top and front entrances which is why I’m giving it 2 stars. And the only reason for 2. stars. The front lock is sketchy. Doesn’t lock smoothly. Where the top is basic. You turn the knobs and it opens. It also arrived all scratched up. Which is disappointing given I ordered a brand new item so expected it to be that. But it’s only 11 inches not 12. So they should definitely change the item description. Unless they sent me the wrong one. But given the front lock doesn’t seem to work right, I’ll probably be sending this back!

This is a great terrarium. The shipping though is awful. I received a total of 3 of these and only one was not shattered or missing pieces.

Ive had this up and running now for over a year and its working out great. Easy to maintain and gives a good view of everything.

I love this item for my tree snakes. It is very heavy and holds heat in great. The locking doors are perfect.

Dont put your faith in this item. We purchased one and used it for a very short time, before the bottom was cracked by the heater. The heater was installed in the bottom, recessed area, as recommended and it spider cracked the bottom. No response from the company. I wouldnt give it a star at all, but have to otherwise I cant leave a review!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! you will be left high and dry!!!

Ive ordered three terrariums online over the years, and they all have arrived broken. Most places do not offer refunds for this unless the broken glass is severe, so just be a bit cautious.

Product came broken, unfortunately. The corner is shattered and left glass all inside the terrarium. It’s still hanging on by a paper thin sliver. I’m scared it’s gonna break off from the hinge soon and I just opened it. Not sure how to fix it. Just be aware when purchasing that it might not come in perfect condition
