I have ordered a tank online before. It came shattered. I didnt even have to open the box to hear the glass pieces and see them falling out through the box edges. Based on user reviews, and the fact that none of my local stores carry the small wide in stock, I took a chance. The shipping box was thick and clearly stickered GLASS. Inside, the tank was protected by eight very sturdy corner blocks. The tank arrived in perfect condition. Between the packaging, shipping, and tank features, I am very happy.

Broken can not use

The tank is well made and very nice. However, after just a few days my new baby albino king snake escaped. Lost a beautiful snake which cost $150. I would recommend this tank but not for an escape artist.

This terrarium was a great deal. I got the lowest price possible and it arrived quickly. It was not packed very well but came intact all the same. Would recommend from this seller.

I just bought this for my snail son, Sir Hornsby. By just I mean he’s literally only been inside it for ten minutes, but boy howdy lemme tell ya that young man was VERY excited to explore it and seems quite keen on it. It’s very sturdy so I don’t have to worry about him escaping (snails are much stronger than you would think), and he loves climbing the glass walls. Will update as he gets used to it or if god forbid something goes terribly wrong but I don’t anticipate any snaccidents (snail accidents). Thanks to Exo Terra Sir Hornsby is now living like the king he is.

very nice terrarium.

It arrived 1 day late and box was very beat up but to my pleasant surprise the tank was in Excellent condition. The only reason I didnt rate this a 5 Star was because of the front lock. This is the 3rd time Ive bought this and so much easier that getting it home from the pet shop. Very well packed and most everything else is perfect. If they would improve the clasp Id give them a 5 Star. I do highly recommend these and will definitely buy from again.

If you want one of these youll have to go through a painful process of it getting shipped to you broken, you trying to return it, having to email people endlessly just to end up being unenthused when you get your box not broken two months later after you planned to have your animal shipped to you.

Love this cage!!!! I wish I wouldve ordered this size of cage first! Its a must have if you have more than 1 reptile
