> 3 day12 individually wrapped 18 by 36 tack cloths come in handy to remove all dust particles before applying a finish to projects. It is so heartbreaking to think you have completed a project only to find that you didnt get all the dust off before applying paint, polyurethane, or lacquer and now have a bumpy mess on your hands. A good tack cloth, carefully used, will definitely prevent that. The cloths work well and do not contain any wax or silicones that could affect how a finish adheres. They are moderately sticky and sweep across the surface without any drag. Handy to have so many ready to use.

> 3 dayMy husband does a lot of woodworking and uses tack cloth often. He’s very impressed with these. First off, he likes the fact that they are individually wrapped, keeping those he’s not using clean until he’s ready to use them. Next, they’re thin enough to work with and get into all the corners and crevices, but still very strong. We’re currently in the process of re-staining all the woodwork in our house…doors, molding, cabinets, everything. It means lots of sanding to remove old stain and varnish and these cloths are perfect for ensuring the wood is ready to receive the new stain.

> 3 dayWe used a couple of these tack cloths for prepping the walls in my daughters house. THey just moved in and the former owners had 4 cats and 2 dogs and there was hair EVERYWHERE. We vacuumed and dusted and scrubbed and vacuumed again and we were still finding hair on the walls. We wiped them down with these and probably captured 99.9% of the hair. They work amazing and are long lasting. We cleaned 10 rooms and hallways with only 4 clothes (we each had one). The painting went without a hairy hitch. I will use these anytime I have to paint walls in the future.

> 3 dayNot too tacky to hold but easily removes all dust & debris from my projects, making final prep before painting a breeze. I often can cut them in half & use only half or even a quarter of the tack cloth to clean a side table or other small/medium sized projects. I’ll buy these again.

> 3 dayTack cloths are not a new technology. They arent mysterious and Id think most folks that do painting or finishing are familiar with them. They can be rather expensive per cloth for what they are though. These tack cloths are well below what I can find them for locally on a per piece basis, and of better than average quality to boot. They are slightly larger, and slightly tackier without being so sticky as to want to grab and stick to the surface of my project while gently wiping it down just prior to painting. Once it grabs onto the dust or whatever it doesnt let it go. If I am careful to fold the cloth so a new surface is exposed every so often I find I can use one cloth for a very large area or project or re-use the same cloth several times. The individual wrapping is perfect for me as a someone who does a fair bit of painting work but only in occasional bursts since Im a home mechanic and DIY guy. This means they dont dry out or get contaminated and fouled while waiting to be used. All things considered, I recommend these!

> 3 dayThis is some good stuff. I have a small wood working business and I have always used SuperTuff brand tack cloth on my furniture and other work before staining. It’s good, but fetches all the way up to $3 per cloth. This stuff (as of 5/31/22) is $1 each! The box of 12 is nice because it’ll last me a while and it’ll keep them all contained. The cloth itself is a bit heavier than supertuff as well. It’s a no-brainer, IMO. Easy 5 stars all round.
