Just because its degradable, that doesnt mean its flimsy. I keep them in my pocket when I take my dog out for walks and have on occasion ran them through the wash and dryer. The bags surprisingly held up very well and I used them afterwards. These bags are also bigger than the plastic ones I used to use. I highly recommend them.

I feel guilty throwing plastic poop bags in the trash all the time contributing to the overflow of landfills! Feels great that I can now use these to pick up dog poop AND dump it in the compost bin!

These bags are sturdy and both the bags and packaging are biodegradable. The photos and complaints about bags tearing are because the bags are old and decompose over time as planned. I had this problem because I left a box of bags in our RV too long. When I contacted customer service, they explained the problem and replaced the box. Once I understood the issue, I was pleased to find they really are biodegradable.

Thinner than other poop bags but these will break down unlike plastic. I use this for dog and cat litter boxes.

I have no knowledge of how well these bags actually break-down in a compost pile, but they are sturdy enough for holding the dog waste! A bit pricey would be only negative.

bags were all broken . couldn’t use a single one.
