I really like using this thermometer for cooking all my meals. The best thing is that it keeps me from wasting a good piece of meat. Meats taste so good when they are moist, juicy and tender. I can also check other foods to make sure they reach recommended temperature’s for safety reasons. This tool is convenient, ergonomic in the hand and easy to read the temperature with background lighting. It gives me confidence that my meals are properly cooked.

I have used this a couple times once for burgers and again for steak. So far so good I enjoy the lighted dial and included temp chart which I put on my fridge. Small thing but so useful. The temp reads fast and the probe is retractable and it also comes with an extra battery! Thats a bonus as finding those coin batteries can be troublesome when you need one. All in all Im happy so far it replaces a similar insta-read that I paid a lot more and only had half the features so my wallet is happy too.
