> 3 daySpent a lot of time researching monitors and excluding some that were not Mac friendly. This one, so far, has been great. Love the one cable for display/power via USB-C. Only con is that the monitor is a little shaky at times at various heights. Its also a little pricy (although you do get nice features and its a great display). Still, Id love to see it around $100 lower. So the cost plus the shakiness are my reasons for the 4/5 instead of a 5/5. But would still recommend it in a heartbeat to any Mac owners looking for a device with ports in the back including the one cable USB-C power/display.

Greater than one weekMy main monitor has been an old 2K 144hz ASUS which I have always appreciated for gaming, but I needed more desktop space to work with video, graphics and general office work. I opted for a dual-display setup with a monitor more geared towards gaming and this Dell monitor for everything else. To these ends it has been exceptional - 4K estate with pleasant and accurate colors, adequate brightness (unless you really need HDR tonality) for daytime use and night use, and a good looking frame. When Im using it for video and document editing I am very pleased with it - except at night when even a fairly low lamp some twenty feet behind me casts a noticeable haze on the screen. For the most part I got over it, though my old ASUS is pitch black and matte and the difference is silly. Along with this there is a slight bleed of inconsistent light from the edges when I view the screen entirely black, but its not noticeable during general work. For video editing generally its more than adequate and probably about as good as the many options I had spent weeks looking at, but unlike some, text and general use looks fantastic, which I really appreciate with the amount of text I am looking at. As a side quirk, the quick menu joystick is uninspiring, offering easy presets between color spaces, but if I want to change brightness (such as from day to night time), it is cumbersome. This is not a gaming monitor, I will note, though I do not hold that too much against it because it is not the monitor I use for that. I was hopeful I could play RTS or city-management type games, that arent dependent on fast play-style, in 4K to at least see them gorgeously, but as soon as there is any movement, the ghosting is apparent and cumbersome and ruins the benefit of the resolution. I tried a few FPS games on it, and I will say I would not bother trying them further - though perhaps I am just used to faster refreshing screens now and that has limited a regular 60 hz appeal. But again, this is not a gaming monitor. For office use (despite the reflections) and video or visual editing (as long as you dont depend on HDR, which few monitors in this class will accurately represent), its hard to go wrong with this monitor, and it has managed those capacities much to my delight and productive ease. Despite the many other options I chose this over, I have no regrets and comfortably use it daily.

> 3 dayWhen I bought this monitor I had a lot of expectation built up in me. Because the trailer video of the device meant something great was approaching. I felt it was equal to LED when it was just a LCD with lot of light bleeding around the edges and corners. I have been using it over a month and I can say that my feelings are mixed. Though there are a lot of cons than pros, I am fixated on this device due to its in-built KVM. Firstly, the device was priced at 90k+ and later it has come down to 55k. I bought this monitor at 74k which is really a big bummer. Secondly, the monitor has a lot of light bleeding through its edges. The bleeding makes it look awkward especially when HDR is turned active in 4k Cinemas. I know for the price I cant expect OLED performance, but still a darker black was promised by having a new tech. I cant let go of this device because it has in-built KVM which actually helps me a lot to run minimal cables. My MacBook just need an USB C type cable to cater charging and displaying. There are other bunch of useful ports that can allow us to connect to other PC, daisy chaining and internet. I have been lucky enough to grab this one. Turning the monitor on & off is really swift but toggling between two PCs is a difficult task and it takes time. Sometimes though source is connected to the monitor we would get a message that the source has no output! There are a lot of monitors that offer a great deal of options as this one but may not be everything. If you are in a good budget, I recommend you to have Eve Spectrum which is doing good at most part of the world.

> 3 dayI did not buy this monitor to use for gaming and thus cant comment on how it would perform for that purpose ... instead I use it for daily work tasks and to edit video and photographs. Has excellent color replication and excellent brightness. Very pleased with my purchase.

> 3 dayThe original one I purchased started flickering and ghosting after about 3 weeks. I called up Amazon for a return and I had to speak to them for about 15-20 min to merge a call with someone from Dell. There was a lot of back and forth on who was responsible for the return/replacement. (Lesson learned.. just order from Dell next time.) I ended up getting a replacement monitor (same model) from Dell within a few days. That worked well and then after about a month.. flickering and ghosting AGAIN. The screen quality/color is great but it seems to have problems with quality control and reliability.

Greater than one weekAmazing color quality and super sharp. This is what a high quality monitor should be. Definitely worth the price. Best monitor at this price point and not far off the insanely expensive ones. Unless you absolutely need the best of the best, you should get this one. Not a gaming monitor (low refresh rate) but amazing for graphic design and video editing. True color (may require setting adjustments).

> 3 dayWe are so glad we got this monitor and could not get it directly from manufacturer but Amazon had it. Love the design and quality, the resolution is a major upgrade from our older monitor. We are not gamers so just using for financials, e-mail, photos, etc. We plugged both Apple and PC into it at times works great on either.

> 3 dayI bought this monitor as I could not justify the outlay for the genuine Apple monitor to go with my new M1 MacBook Pro (to replace a 2014 27 iMac with a 5K Retina display). Sadly, I would say this monitor is visibly inferior to the display on my 8 year old iMac. Obviously the iMac has more pixels, but this monitors blacks are not as black, nor is the contrast as good as the iMac. Otherwise it works fine. The silly little button on the back used to navigate the monitor settings is a PITA and feels cheap.

> 3 dayThis monitor is awesome. Its a great display that has what we need for clients that bring laptops to their desks. Ethernet, enough USB ports, and it charges their MacBook Airs/Pros. I bought one for the home office and its amazing.
