> 3 dayHalf of my moms house has a lot of moisture and doesnt get a lot of sun, and her closet is on that side. She had mildew in her closet we cleaned it out, scrubbed the walls and put one of the damp rid containers in and it hasnt come back. Its been a few years since weve had to scrub the walls clean. As long as we remember to empty the container and refill it were good. Havent had any problems since we started using these.

> 3 dayThe cost of DampRid refills bags got too high. This is a good alternative that can refill the small bucket with the right amount. I would recommend if you are trying to save a few dollars. It works just as well as having a large bag and trying to do it yourself without overfilling.

> 3 daySo we live in Florida and deal with humidity year round despite air conditioning. This works great in the bathroom and closets. My only complaint, and hence the 3 star rating, is its a mess to empty and change out the bag cartridge. The residue liquid at the bottom is highly corrosive and it gets all over my hands when emptying and changing. And heaven forbid you touch your eye with this stuff. I dont know what the solution to this issue is other than buying a totally disposable hanging bag which is probably more expensive and wasteful. However, if you can deal with this problem, and or it doesnt bother you then go with it.

> 3 dayThese work great, they were a little big for the Easy Fill Any Room refillable moisture collector but I was able to make squeeze it in. For the price there isnt any easier way to prevent mold and mildew build up. We specifically use them in our bathroom where it doesnt seem like the fan can keep up with our steam. Living in the Pacific Northwest seems to create a constant battle with moisture and mildew but these DampRid products will help you win the war.

> 3 dayWe have always used DAmpRid through out our house. We have the older style packet containers and its getting tougher to find the packets for them. We always buy the unscented flavor and the Amazon price is the same or better than Bed Bath & Beyond.

> 3 dayI got these after we got water in the basement, I swear by them to help soak up the water hidden in the books and crannies. They are just the bags so you have to purchase something for them to go into as well.
