I have used damp rid in different forms for years. I especially like this one because it is easy to use and works great.

I have a camper that is parked in a recreational lot full time. I use 3 Damp Rid receptacles in it(front middle and back) and it keeps the camper smelling normal and I have no signs of mold, mildew or musty odors which is a difficult task if you own a camper. I use the little bag style and the large tablet version as well. The large tablet units seem to work the quickest especially if a small fan in the room is paired with it.

The product works great for reducing humidity in the bathroom, however as others have stated…the packing is terrible. I had to return the first package due to missing refills and a torn open box. The second package had all 4 refills yet the box was still torn open. This should definitely be shipped in a box rather than a bag!

Great product! Put the crystals in the container, put the container in your closet, and it sucks all the dampness out of the air and turns it into water in the container! Keeps mold from developing on shoes or clothes in a closet. If you don’t have an air vent in your closet- like most of us don’t, air doesn’t circulate and humidity will stagnate and cause issues in your closet. It’s a must in my house!

Easy to use. Only downside- the price has gone up (a lot)!

Have used this product for several years in finished & workshop portion of the basement. Average usage is three (3) bags every four (4) month.

The box was damaged and taped with lots of tape. There should be 4 packs but one of the packs was missing. I am not happy to have to return the Damp Rid item but I have no choice since it is not the item described in the ad.

I use the product for my closets. I live where the humidity is high. Its a cold humidity not from heat so it does not fight strong mold.

I tossed these in bags of clothes before I placed them in storage for a few months. They did the job of sucking in moisture put them leaked all over the clothes when the absorption was at capacity. It did not ruin anything, I just had to wash everything that they leaked on.
