> 3 dayI bought this as a storage drive to set beside my two M2 drives. Responsive, test speeds could be better in my opinion, but she dished out exactly what she says she would. No degrade issues (already formatted once) installed and reinstalled 200-250~ gigs or more already. No data loss at all.

Greater than one weekI love the speed of this SSD over the HHD that came in my laptop. It’s very much as good as more expensive hard drives however clone software is not great but it works. I love the product however the software really is the weak point. I would pay more money to have had a better experience with the clone process. Overall I would buy again.

> 3 dayUpgraded my 500 MB hard drive to 1 TB and the memory from 4 to 8 GB of RAM and my computer runs better then it did when I brought it. Will make a computer purchased in 2016 run like its new.

> 3 dayDell Inspiron 14-5447 notebook, really slow due to 5400 rpm 1T drive. Bought this MX500 1T and a Startech USB to SATA cable. D/L the free Acronis clone software (link incl. w/SSD), connect SSD w/cable, and cloned my drive, very simple to do. SSD came with spacer for snug fit, booted and was back up in no time. Much improved performance, should have done this ages ago.

> 3 dayOVERVIEW: Along with the Crucial MX500 SSD I bought a Sabrent USB to SSD adapter. I installed the MX500 SSD in a Dell E6410-I7 laptop that had previously had a 250 GB internal mechanical disk. The cloning of the SSD took only about 20 to 30 minutes. The installation was uneventful. By the way, there is an optional adapter that is included in the package with the Crucial MX500. It is definitely required in the Dell E-6410. Without it, the screws are not long enough to secure the disk. After installation my system came right up as soon as I applied power and its configuration was identical to what it had been on the mechanical drive. It was smooth.

> 3 dayAcquistato per sostituire il vecchio HDD del portatile (vecchio di 10 anni) ,di facile installazione. Non ho usato il programma di clonazione fornito online dal produttore, avendo Linux avrei dovuto agire diversamente. Per cui ho semplicemente installato il sistema operativo e la differenza lho notata subito. Col vecchio hard disk, il tempo di accensione si aggirava intorno ai 2 minuti, mentre con lSSD stiamo a circa 0.45 secondi.
