> 3 dayFirst shot at cloning with the free downloaded Acronis software was a fail. Idk what happened, me or just a glitch in the matrix. I was getting aggravated. It took 19hrs the first try just to fail. I stayed persistent and after a few hours of trouble shooting, decided to rerun Acronis. In less than 2hrs it completely reformatted the SSD & cloned the old HDD properly.

> 3 dayWow, this is bad, really bad. The SATA connector is only held on to the internal board (which contains your data) by its pins, and two micro tabs on the side that are barely wider than the pins. When you plug in a SATA data and power cable, it feels fragile, because it is. It is VERY fragile. The only thing holding this fragile piece of junk together are 21 micro thin metal pins and their weak solder connections. NOTHING else holds it on, as far as I can see.

> 3 dayArrived early in perfect condition. Install was quick and easy with the adapter kit I purchased that had sata cables and power splitter in the kit. The software from their support page downloaded quick. Cloned drive in about 35 min. PC runs faster than it was new now. Thank you. Great value for performance improvements Im getting.

> 3 daySolid memory. No glitch install. Trick is mirroring the existing drive, which took some research and finessing. Worked in the end.

Greater than one weekI bought two of these. I installed one in my laptop, and the other in my daughters laptop. The performance is very good - much better than the OEM SSD that was previously in my Dell XPS. After a month, though, the SSD in my daughters laptop failed. Amazon refunded my purchase price, but it was seriously inconvenient (and expensive), as my daughter is 400 miles away at college, so I had to pay a local shop to install a new SSD and re-install the OS for her.

> 3 dayUPDATE (8/30/2022): Id give this negative stars if I could. My RMA requests have been cancelled twice now because theyve been open for so long waiting for approval from them that the company just automatically closes them rather than actually provide customer service or replacements. Heading off to BBB now as well to file consumer complaints there for their downright awful performance as a product and a business. I have never had such a horrible experience with a company, and that says a lot as Ive been a customer of Comcasts, DirecTVs, and AT&Ts before.
