Crucial MX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA 2.5 Inch Internal SSD, up to 560MB/s - CT1000MX500SSD1

I used this drive to upgrade my Mac Pro 2012. I was very inclined to buy a new Mac as my Mac Pro had really slowed down. Used to take a long time to boot. Had stuck multiple times whenever Apple released an update to the OS. I started googling and found an article about upgrading the Hard disk to SSD. It did wonders. I am extremely happy with my purchase. It feels as if I have a new machine now. I hope the laptop lasts for few more years

It boots in around 10 seconds, so yea.

I bought this hard disk to install it in my MacBook pro model 2012 its fast hard disk, my OS now is very fast.

It gets the job done. Fast and reliable. Though I am having some issues with Crucials software but nothing too big.

Seems like a good drive in the long run, im usually an adata fan, but this time the ram company got me!

Crucial has been my preferred name fro iMac upgrades. This is my second SSD, first one was a 700GB MX100. This model its a much faster unit. Run BlackMagic disk speed test and in my iMac. Read / Write speed was near 5 times faster that my older replaced unit (MX100). Good quality and compatibility. Recommended.
