Im so happy to have this set of rods in my work shop. Mainly, the larger diameter rods will be used for keeping the scales on the knives I make as I dabble with blacksmithing. The smaller ones are great for repair work - I actually TIG weld rods like this to fill holes in larger brass objects - tricky but it works like a charm (yes, in a well ventilated environment). But yeah, for the price, Ill get a ton of use out of these brass rods. Its worth the money for just knowing I have them available for any number of uses, to be honest. Very, very happy.

Theyre brass rods that I needed for a project. Theyre finished well, and the ones I received are dimensionally accurate. Cant ask for much more. Come in multiple diameters and will probably order more for other projects I have planned.

I ordered these brass rods for my husband to use with his hobby projects and role playing game miniatures. They arrived in good condition and were the correct size and shape. The quality of the brass is good and they seem to be well-made. He has not had any problems with them so far. The only downside is that the shipping took a long time. It took about two weeks for the rods to arrive, which was longer than we expected. However, the seller did communicate with us and let us know that there was a delay in shipping. Overall, we are happy with the purchase. The rods are good quality and they arrived eventually. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for brass rods for hobby projects or role playing game miniatures.

I will be using them as brass punches for gunsmithing and they are inexpensive compared to a brass punch plus you get plenty! My ratings system: 5 stars...... They are small but are exactly what I ordered. Looks and feels like brass to me but Im no expert. I got nothing bad to say about them

I got this for hobby, mostly making metallic decorative dowels. The rod came in a plastic sleeve, it was straight and shiny. Good deal.

Sometimes the BF likes to fabricate things for his minis. A good post to attach some of that plastic to is always a must. These little rods are perfect for that purpose, he can cut them down to size and hand drill a hole to put these in to help keep his minis together, especially some of the more unbalanced ones. These are strong enough that they might even work as a base for a clay creation. I like that they come in a plastic reusable container that keeps them straight and is easy to identify.

The brass rods arrived nicely packaged in a blue square plastic container, like larger drill bits are packaged in. I purchased these to cut and use as inlays on the guitar fretboards Im making. The 1/4 diameter is right on, so they will drop into a 1/4 hole nicely. The pieces are easy to cut and polish. I did a test of one in a small scrap of fretboard and it turned out great. There are two 12 rods in the package, at just under 1/4 per fret marker I should be able to get about 90 disks out of this package. I will purchase a package of the smaller diameter (1/8) for the neck side markers. Quality product, true to size, and packaged well. Update: I purchased the 2mm diameter brass rods and they are the same quality as the 1/4 rods. Nice straight, shiny brass rods. They will work for the side fret markers, or on the front of the fretboard to add some design to the markers. Both sets of brass rods I have purchased from this seller are perfect for what I need.
