It is the first Amazon review I have ever done and Im a heavy buyer...! I was skeptical for any relief - I drive 111.5 miles one way to work every day... Imagine, squirming and reposition myself and the seat to find the best way with the heat on and off again...! Used this morning for the first time and once i had the cushion positioned right I drove. I purchased 2 of these for my delivery vehicle since I spend a lot of time behind the wheel and sometimes the wife comes with and it’s hard for her to be comfortable for extended rides. I decided to try this cushion after reading the many good reviews and a fair price for it I tried out the first one for a day and ordered the second one later that same night. They definitely take the pressure off your lower back and provide sturdy but comfortable support for your body while seated.

Its not the cheapest, but its the best of those Ive tried. I have two of them now. I had tried a couple of others at about half the cost, when I wanted another for another room, and sure enough they were about half as thick and only half as good in protecting my touche! Recommend this cushion.

I have had more than 15 spine surgeries and my low back and both SI joints are fused. Sitting down for more than a few minutes on anything other than special and very expensive furniture. My office chair, which is the best we could find did a good job, but it was still hard to sit for more than an hour. This pad significantly improved my comfort level and significantly reduced my pain. I was actually pleasantly surprised since I did not expect it to work out so well. I highly recommend it for anyone who suffers from low back and SI pain.

I bought this cushion for my mom since she suffers a lot from back pain. She usually sits on hard wooden benches at her church and complains of pain and inability to get up. So Im hoping that this cushion helps her. So far she says its soft but has not tried it on the benches yet. It did not smell. Weird after I took it out of the plastic covering.

Does the job. I don’t rate things five star unless I’ve own them for a long time and after about six hours of only getting off of it for brief periods it loses a little big of the fluffiness.

It took a very short time to adjust to my own body shape. Very comfortable and fits the car’s seat easily. After adjusting the car’s seat lower and a bit back, I was able to feel a change in the pain level, an ease of sciatica on both upper legs.
