I didnt even know I needed this seat cushion. I have nerve damaged in my pelvic area and it hurts to sit a long time when I am driving. I bought this for myself. Im very lean on the back side... lol.. I love it. Use it in my car, on the couch, the bike, everywhere! So I got it for my dad who looks at something and says send it back I wont use it! Well not this time. He sat on it at his computer then a half hr later to it with him to his lounge chair.. so if he likes it then you know its a great product! So buy it!

Because my knees are so bad my mobility is limited and do spend a lot of the day seated. This pillow has been comfortable and design should prevent sore spots which have a tendency to develop.. A visiting nurse suggested this pillow as being the best design and I agree.
