I do like the firmness, though for me it could be better in two ways. One, it could be just a tad bit more firm; and second, the cushion could be a little wider. I have big thighs and when I sit the cushion is not able to encompass me fully so its not as comfortable as it could be. So, I gave it to my wife and shes happy with it. I wouldnt buy another unless you can make the cushion wider.

I purchased this for my mom because of her chronic back pain. She’s had back surgery and rehab and so on. Her back is better but not by much. She still deals with daily pain. The cushion I’ve bought her has given her SO MUCH RELIEF! It’s made well so she can take it outside on the back patio, when she drives or chilling out watching tv. She was so thrilled by the pillow. I have recently bought this I have a serious herniated disc from l5-S1 it’s really bad but cause of this issue I have to transition my former job as a mechanic into a new job which is mostly sitting down so I decided to buy this because I needed cushion for my lower buttock area because especially sitting for 8 hours straight at work will hurt and decrease your range of movements which causes lower back stiffness and soreness when I started to use this for the first time it helps but not for 8 hour straight I have to stand up and walk around or my back will lock up but this cushion does help me relax my lower back from crazy pain when I’m sitting down but it’s does help a lot and it feels great it help me alot through work and makes me have less pain but pain is still there but less and still make me more capable to more movement then being stuck In one place

The cushion is really comfortable for my butt, but it hurt my balls because of the middle cushion push my balls upward while my butt sink in the cushion.

A few months ago, I had insane pain that I never felt before. I later learned it was sciatica. For months, while the intense pain had gone away, I was dealing with discomfort that would sometimes turn into throbbing and swelling. After using this, it has all cleared up within a week. Hopefully, the pain stays away!

The cushion is very comfortable but depending on how long you sit or sensitivity of tail bone - determined by how you situate self within space of the pad. Sits up higher than I would like but overall a comfy pad.

We took a road trip to Las Vegas this month as I cant fly. Ive always had lower back problems with my hip too. I took a chance and bought this in hopes that my lower back would not go out. I still cant believe that my back never went out and my hip was fine too after being in a car for 35 hours, 3 1/2 days each way. Every trip we have ever taken my lower back goes out and I end up huntched over with spasms. It really does take the pressure off that area. Im a 68 year old female and weigh 139. Hope this helps someone with the same problem.
