Let me start with I live in Arizona, and I am coming up on 36 hours sitting on this and working on my computer. Yes I did get up to eat shower and go to the bathroom, but thats about it. For the comfor and ease of pain, well with other cheaper seat cushions, I would be in a ton of pain by now. (Not much between my tail bone and the cushion anymore.) Im still in a bit, a very little bit of pain, but, nothing like it was on other cushions only after 10-12 hours. Not to mention 36 hours. As for the cooling, well it is a bit cooler then others. That may just be the external fabric I dont know. However I will say it does feel a bit cooler. When it is out of the plastic it comes in, and put the correct direction on the chair, it should do you great. Most people dont work as long as I do sometimes.

I do like the firmness, though for me it could be better in two ways. One, it could be just a tad bit more firm; and second, the cushion could be a little wider. I have big thighs and when I sit the cushion is not able to encompass me fully so its not as comfortable as it could be. So, I gave it to my wife and shes happy with it. I wouldnt buy another unless you can make the cushion wider.

I had two surgeries in December resulting in nerve damage. From my booty all the way to my ankles I constantly had a lot of pain if I stand or try to sit up. The first time I sat on the cushion it took me a couple of minutes before I was totally situated and could sit there and have my first meal sitting up in five months. I’ve been totally dependent on this cushion now. I really love it. The cushions cover is very nice.

I have recently bought this I have a serious herniated disc from l5-S1 it’s really bad but cause of this issue I have to transition my former job as a mechanic into a new job which is mostly sitting down so I decided to buy this because I needed cushion for my lower buttock area because especially sitting for 8 hours straight at work will hurt and decrease your range of movements which causes lower back stiffness and soreness when I started to use this for the first time it helps but not for 8 hour straight I have to stand up and walk around or my back will lock up but this cushion does help me relax my lower back from crazy pain when I’m sitting down but it’s does help a lot and it feels great it help me alot through work and makes me have less pain but pain is still there but less and still make me more capable to more movement then being stuck In one place

Because my knees are so bad my mobility is limited and do spend a lot of the day seated. This pillow has been comfortable and design should prevent sore spots which have a tendency to develop.. A visiting nurse suggested this pillow as being the best design and I agree.

After trying 2 other cushions, this one tops them all! I have been sitting on my behind for almost 13 hours and no pain in my coccyx area as of yet. Very pleased with this item and highly recommended!

I only gave it four stars because theres no handle. Its very easy to carry around the house but a handle would make it so much easier to take it out to the car. Aside from that, this cushion is AWESOME! Its got a good cutout for the spine so its very comfortable to sit for a while. The cooling gel is really nice. I didnt really think about that part but it makes the cushion very comfy because just foam can get very hot. Ill have to get another one for the car.

I found this for my 99 year old mama and she loves it. She has a LazyBoy recliner and has sat in it so many years that the seat has a hole in it. The seat really helps her so much. I would highly recommend the seat!!

It took a very short time to adjust to my own body shape. Very comfortable and fits the car’s seat easily. After adjusting the car’s seat lower and a bit back, I was able to feel a change in the pain level, an ease of sciatica on both upper legs.
