Very upset with this got it and put in Guinea pig cages and my hands are black from this and I have never seen anything like this before ?what Is this and the bedding is dirty gray not light like I’m used to either I will never order this again and my guinea pigs feet are getting black spot looking from it ugh truly a waste of money

I dont usually post reviews but I just had to say that this bedding is awesome! I had been using the Carefresh Custom Rabbit/Guinea Pig bedding in WHITE. I dont know what the difference is but this natural bedding absorbs so much better and doesnt smell like pee in my piggies cage after one day. Plus, they love to lay in it, its really soft. I did notice the smell I think people are mentioning when I opened the bag, but it was gone in less than an hour. I will definitely continue to purchase this bedding!

Just received my second package and had to send it back! It was only half a bag and the top was taped over! Hopefully this will be the only time this happens, I was hoping for the convenience of it arriving at my door each month.

My bunny (Flower) absolutely loved this bedding!! I originally had bought her pine bedding which caused lots of allergies. Then I bought a small pack of carefresh white bedding at the store and she liked it so I decided to buy the large quality of natural on here and she absolutely loved it!! It also makes cleanup a lot easier for me.

Far better then the wood shavings. I really like it.

We have always bought carefresh for our bunnies we ordered a 50lb bag and this was hard lumps. It might be defective. Hoping to get it replaced and will update again

The product has a very strange odor, and doesnt do a very good job absorbing liquids, getting all wet very quickly. It is a very coarse material, and will probably avoid it in the future. It may be fine if you plan to add another layer of a softer material on top of it, but otherwise, I do not recommend it as bedding material for Guinea Pigs. I bought another product from the same brand (Paper Bedding, 50l), which does a much better job.
