The smell is very pleasant. My 4yr old really likes this shampoo. I read a lot of reviews and I decided to try this one. I originally bought dove, but I wanted to try something different. Great find!!

The product itself i love. But everytime i order this it comes with the product leaked in the bag.. and I dont understand why. It would be nice not to have to wipe the bottle off everytime. I order this on here because for some reason it has become hard to find in the local stores.

Update 7/30/2018: I continue to use this shampoo / body wash, and love it, but it does (if I am showering without my contact lenses in) now sting a little - my guess is that the formula has changed slightly. As this product is now all over, every supermarket, every big box store, I should imagine they may have compromised and changed ingredients, due to the enormous volumes they need to produce. No issues with my skin, and the brief eyeball sensitivity is barely worth mentioning, but not stinging at all is no longer true. So I am lobbing off one star.. Update 7/23/2017: Up to five stars, this stuff works for me (and that is, where skin is concerned, always very personal). Itchiness is significantly reduced, none on the legs at all, amazingly, and the wash is concentrated enough that you dont need to use a lot, experiment with smaller amounts than you were used to using. I am well pleased. Original Review: Because of ongoing skin sensitivity that two doctors gave me different opinions on (wouldnt you know, the dermatologists instructions did not work for sh...) Ive been trying to eliminate all irritants, from artificial fibers in clothing and linen to unnecessary chemicals in cleaning agents, allergen- and fragrance free detergents, you name it. Ive reduced the number of skin degreasing agents I use, as well, as I understand from the net skin oils have protective functions, and removing them completely every day may not be a good thing. We are using this for newborn and it is super good while using ..no burning and side effects for new born.

My son loves this soap. He does not break out and I love that it’s tear free soap!

When you have your first kid you try all the brands you are gifted. I was team aveeno (and still am w lotion) but was gifted this. I’m now hooked 3 yr later and we buy only this soap for baby. It makes great bubbles for bubble bath and serves as wash and shampoo, all w a pump. A one hand one stop shop. The smell is lovely and sweet like honey and my daughter rubs it in her eyes bc she thinks it’s funny so it’s def tear free. We love this soap. It being great for bubble bath is a super plus! Not all baby soaps can hang in the bubble category. Ahem aveeno.

Bottle came broken, luckily not much soap was lost and I had a spare pump.

This is an item on our Subscription.. very gentle and our kids had no issues. They increased the price by 31% from $19 (June 2022) to $25 recently. Not happy. No more on my subscription.
