> 3 dayThis is great if youre bulking, amazing taste so easy to down. I would recommend also getting their mass gainer and mixing with milk, literally turns into a vanilla shake. Product on its own is a tier above in terms of flavor vs all other brands though.

Greater than one weekBest protien shake Ive had yet. I burst with energy after having it-my body really likes it, but my taste buds like it the most! I got the vanilla ice cream flavor and its delicious even with just cold water. I add 2 scoops of raisins too it and eat with a spoon, and wow is it ever good like this! No other protien shake makes me feel as good. Maybe placebo? Dunno, I just know Ill pay the price difference to get this over body fortress in the future.

> 3 dayI think this is my first time leaving a review in Amazon despite I am buying products from Amazon at least 3~4 products per week. For a quick note regarding my physical appearance, back in 7 years ago I was extremely overweight, started about 30% body fat, 38inch+ pants size, and even had a gout... I have been working out for almost more than 7 years and currently maintaining 10%~15% body fat. I am NOT a body builder nor heavy lifter at gym. I am just an electrical engineer going to gym/outdoor activities 5 times a week. My main workout routine is basically to maintain my body weight, muslce, and body fat as consistent as possible. So far I have tried Myotein, GNC AMP, Golds Gym Protein Powder (they stated FDA approved). This is my first time I tried BSNs brand and consuming for more than a month, I got to say I love the taste out of all the protein powder I tried. To be honest I am NOT an expert. I do NOT know all the specific ingredients and how they benefit to my body. Two things I love about this product compared to other protein powder (Myotein, GNC AMP, and Golds Gym Protein Powder) are, 1. The taste (I had Chocolate Milkshake). I do not taste Aspartame and today I just verified from the label that there is not. 2. The result. Since spring and summer is coming up, I am beginning my strict diet, trying to go down about 9~10% body fat from 15%~16% body fat. Along with my diet I have been drinking BSN Protein Powder and I am seeing better results (less muscle pain and faster recovery). Overall, I prefer this Protein Powder over all the protein powder I have bought. I honestly liked Golds Gym Protein Powder but they are $20 more expensive than this product.

> 3 dayPlease feel free to read the hundreds of other reviews on this product, as they will provide you with invaluable information. However, it good to note that this product comes with Branched-chain amino acids, Glutamine peptides, is Aspartame free and stacks with a bunch of supplements. For the record however, I am going to voice my opinion solely on flavor in contrast to MYOFUSION Vanilla flavor. To be fair, I got MYOFUSIONs vanilla flavor because I read the rather decrepit reviews of the other flavors. Being a college student and investing in 5 lb tubs every month means you better LOVE the flavor that you end up picking (however to GNCs credit, they do offer a 30 day trial and return period). In all honesty, the vanilla flavor was pretty decent. MYOFUSION lacks the aforementioned BCAAs, and from what I recall, each scoop is about 36g/ serving. Its good and flavor wise beat out GNCs generic whey protein, or even Warrior whey. So I read up reviews about BSN Syntha 6 and was shocked about how many positive reviews it got; specifically the chocolate version. Needless to say once I ran out of MYOFUSION, I quickly ordered Syntha-6. I received the item today, and couldnt wait to try it out (even though today is an off day for me). Based solely on flavor and taste alone, I CANNOT stress how amazing it is with just a dash of 1% skim milk (less than half a cup). I mean it truly tastes like Chocolate milk. There is a creamy like texture, but not too thick (also depends on how much fluids you add obviously). Each heaping scoop is a mighty 44g (22g protein, 15g carbs, 2g sat fat, 2g sugars) and equates to 200 calories per! So be careful and make sure all your nutrient intake numbers play well with your goals; please read other reviews as well, and be sure to look at the product snapshot to get a gauge of the nutrients packed into this monster. I look forward to trying BSN for this whole month and seeing for any positive results when it comes to weight training. This thing is packed to the brim with nutrition and flavor; I cannot see why anyone would ignore this if you have a remote and passing interest in physical activity. For roughly $42, I cant imagine something that meets my nutrient requirements, balances cost, and doesnt skimp on the taste. AMAZING! p.s. This and the Blenderball (for mixing) are a marriage made in heaven!

Greater than one weekSince Ive joined a gym and begun to focus on what goes in my body, Im working towards a moderate-protein, 1200ish calorie-a-day diet. I used to be an athlete in college, and I know how gross some protein shakes can be; many are just downright unpalatable. I did some research about protein powders with a decent amount of protein that both mix well and taste great, and I ordered Syntha-6 Chocolate Milkshake. For nearly a month, I consumed this flavor 1-3 days depending on my nutritional needs, workouts, etc. In order to attain some variety, I also ordered Orange Smoothie, Mochaccino, and Chocolate Mint. I also have subscribed to the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor, but it has yet to come. I mix all flavors with water and ice. Chocolate Milkshake: Taste - 8/10. Very creamy, tastes a lot like a variation of chocolate milk just with water. This flavor is also excellent blended with a teaspoon of peanut butter or 2/3 cup of frozen strawberries. Orange Smoothie : Taste - 5/10. Its ok. Its going to be my bottom-of-the-barrell, use-it-only-when-its-my-only-option flavor. It tastes too off, almost like orange fluoride from the dentist. Still very creamy. I blended it with ice and blue berries and it was WAY better-tasting than just with the powder alone. Mochaccino: Taste- 7/10. Its good and gets me through coffee cravings. Sometimes Ill just say screw it and make a blended drink much like large coffee chains do, but Ill use the power, ice, and and a to-go packet of instant coffee in the blender. It does kind of have a funky aftertaste. Chocolate Mint: Taste - 10/10. My favorite flavor so far by a long shot. Since I dont eat sweets, the Chocolate Mint flavor satisfies my cravings for Girl Scout Thin Mints, Andes Mints, and mint chocolate chip ice cream all in one. I cannot emphasize how great it tastes. The minty flavor stays with me like mint normally does, like fresh feeling in the mouth and back of throat.

> 3 dayIve purchased probably over 200lbs of this stuff over the years and it never fails to impress me. It mixes perfectly every time, is creamy and tastes amazing. With six different forms of complete animal protein, it also gives a unique blend of complete fast and slow proteins.
