Brother QL-700 High-Speed, Professional Label Printer

Printer works like a dream. Its saving us a ton of money on ink. The paper roll inserts were a little bit funky when trying to install refill paper but I was able to youtube a solution and its been smooth ever since. No blips.

Great product, easy to use, install and prints very fast. 100% happy with my purchase, I like it very much.

This Printer, is the SHIZNIT, works great, easy to use, great quality prints..and affordable....

The only reason that I did not give it five stars is because I am not the one that uses it. I purchased it for the admin department at the office where I work. I did ask the ladies in that department if they are happy with it and if is working to expectations, and they did say yes it seems to be working fine. I dont think that they have tried all the features on it yet, so rest remains to be seen.

I bought this little printer just for address labels but was thrilled at the many jobs it can do. I wish Id had it for the last few years. Its easy to set up and so easy to use. Loved it so much I also bought one for my daughter. She loves hers too.

I had expected this printer to integrate with Excel requiring minimal effort (Brother does provide an add-on application) but after a few hours installing, reinstalling, and searching online support I simply gave up and printed the labels one at a time from the basic application. Generic issue relating to communication with printer through MS Office, oddly there was no communication issue using the default basic software. The machine otherwise printed as advertised.

if you are looking for a label maker then get this..... if you are looking to use this for the sole purpose of printing postage & shipping labels from paypal using a mac computer IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!! i got this expecting it ti make my life easier & have now spent HOURS on the phone with Brother, Apple and Paypal, trying to get it to work. Apple and Brother have at lease tried to help....one rep from paypal said i should return the QL700. im not sure where the responsibility lyes between these companies, but at this point this machine has sucked out too much of my time. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU WANT TO PRINT POSTAGE & SHIPPING LABELS USING A MAC COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if anyone out there has had a different experience with this using a mac, i would LOVE to know your procedure for getting it to work

Works as advertised. One caveat: They advertise: “Plug & Label” feature lets you create and print labels without installing software. In reality, pushing the button (on the printer) for this feature simply opens a folder on your computer revealing the printers on-board printing software. You must then double-click the .exe file to open this software and create your label.
