> 3 dayFirst it is accurate. I have 2 different temp monitors. Second: It doesnt go above 80°. Im using a 45 gallon tank for hermit crabs so I dont need it to. But I have it set to 85° and it hovers around 74-76. That is the range I need it to be so not a big deal. All in all its alright. But if I needed the temp over 80 I would return it.

> 3 dayI used this in a proofing box for dough and it worked perfectly. Just put it an insulated box with a pan of water to boost the humidity and it is the perfect environment for raising dough

> 3 dayWhen I purchased these a couple months ago they were just over $12 each. I got one for each of my vivariums. I don’t use the heat mat but do use the thermostat for my ceramic heat lamps. Game changer! I no longer have to check the tank temp every hour to make sure my geckos aren’t burning up. All three work perfectly, and are easy to program to what temp you’d like. Definite recommend.

Greater than one weekDisclaimer: Only use under-tank heaters in conjunction with a thermostat for reptiles. (BN-LINK makes a great one) The BN-LINK reptile heating pads are a great value for money. These heating mats can easily maintain a healthy temperature for any reptile which is in need of an under-tank heater. The mats are very easy to apply to the underside of a tank after removing the protective film from the heating mat. They will remain adhered to the tank until you choose to remove them. I have only ever used a BN-LINK under-tank heater simultaneously with a BN-LINK thermostat. This combination allows for easy temperature management to ensure your reptiles health and happiness. The combination of these two items is cheaper than buying a more expensive under-tank heater, and the more expensive ones still need a thermostat to ensure proper reptile health.

Greater than one weekI bought this to heat up the inside of an old toaster oven to turn into an incubator for yogurt. The temperature slowly warms up from room temperature to the set amount of or within .5 degrees of 100 degrees Fahrenheit consistently. So far, this is precisely what I was looking for and Im thrilled with the purchase. The ambient temperature fluctuates throughout the day and night for me, so this is to be expected. The temperature of my house ranges from 60 Fahrenheit to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. The control works as prescribed too, and there is a place to hang the controller on a screw or nail if you want. I hope my lactobacillus reuteri yogurt turns out.

> 3 dayI bought this product and its not getting warm enough, I have it set to the max temp of 108F and its reading at 92 on a heat gun so its not heating thru the glass and the quarter inch of substrate. Im very disappointed in this product, Im able to touch the pad with no issues. I would love to think I have a defective product but all in all, the product sucks. I think Im continuing to use it because im hoping the Lord generate some extra power into it but in reality ........... I know its hopeless
