> 3 dayI upgraded my leopard geckos tank and got this brand new. Her old ones worked but lost the adhesive. It worked great but then I noticed the heat pad itself stopped heating up. I have a temperature gun. The thermostat still worked fine and was reading correctly. Tried troubleshooting different ways and couldnt get the pad to work. Really annoying. Ive bought cheaper pads that have lasted way longer. The probe also sits right next to the pad and its usually between 5° and 7° off from the actual temp of the pad. Thats expected but mad the pad stopped working. Its a hassle to change.

Greater than one weekIve been owned by a leopard gecko for 6 years, so Ive been through a few heating pads. Some have lasted as short as 6 months. This is the best Ive used. It heats properly, is accurate, and has no problem adhering to the bottom of the glass tank. I only buy ones that have a thermostat and Im glad I bought this one.

> 3 dayDaughter just got a snake and the persons she’s been working with suggested this specific heater. He was so adamant that he actually housed the snake for my daughter for a couple extra days until this came in. Snake is very happy, puts out perfect heat and super happy with this so far.

> 3 dayComes rolled up in a tiny box we had to stick it under a 50 lb weight for days to get it flat. The it stuck for 2 days to the bottom of my snake enclosure then fell off. Useless for reptile, though the heat does work somewhat.

> 3 dayMake sure to attach to a thermometer so you can adjust the heat, otherwise it will get WAY too hot. I have one of these in a 10gal and its perfect.

> 3 dayI bought this to heat up the inside of an old toaster oven to turn into an incubator for yogurt. The temperature slowly warms up from room temperature to the set amount of or within .5 degrees of 100 degrees Fahrenheit consistently. So far, this is precisely what I was looking for and Im thrilled with the purchase. The ambient temperature fluctuates throughout the day and night for me, so this is to be expected. The temperature of my house ranges from 60 Fahrenheit to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. The control works as prescribed too, and there is a place to hang the controller on a screw or nail if you want. I hope my lactobacillus reuteri yogurt turns out.

> 3 dayI bought this to use under an aquarium or small cage to keep baby quail warm. I use this at one end, if it gets too hot they move away from the heat. I haven’t used the adhesion tape but I guess that would be nice in some cases. This does not have an adjustable temperature control but I don’t use it very long at a time. It does what I need it to do. The quail chicks move close to the heat when they want the heat.
