Easy-to-use. My only criticism is its a little heavy.

My elderly cat started barfing often and despite meds, it still happens. And of course, cats never throw up on tile or hardwoods. Rugs are the best! A fellow volunteer at the cat shelter recommended this Bissell Spot Clean Pet Pro. Its a bit pricey, but a wonderful tool for any pet owner. The Spot Cleaner is light, works great, and easy to clean. I keep the cleaning solution in it so all I have to do to clean up messes is plug it in. I even used it on an upholstered bench and it worked great. I am so glad I got this little machine because with pets (and humans), there will always be messes that require an easy and thorough way to clean them up. I would recommend this to anyone!!

It’s good works better for cleaning stains in car on seats.

I did not rate this higher because of two things. The tool when installed on the hose is 90 degrees to the job you are working on and that requires you to constantly twist the hose to have the tool flat to the surface. After a while it becomes annoying. I was also not impressed with the suction power of the tool with the collection jar. You can instantly see what is being sucked up and it did not look like much. The standard tool also requires a fair amount of pressure into the carpet to be effective. I also had concerns about the unit venting hot air. The vent underneath is completely blocked when you set the unit on your carpet. The machine is light, easy to use, easy to clean and works on small areas or spots.

This is a very good carpet-upholstery cleaner and works as a decent wet vac. I wish they included one different oxy cleaner. I got two pet stain cleaner bottles. The clean water tank has a design flaw like all other cleaners. That is the opening is a small round cap that is only an inch wide and it takes forever to dry out the tank once you finish. Bissell is one of the few manufactures that make a wide variety of replacement parts (hoses, tanks, brushes) The machine is definitely on the loud side but it has good suction and really gets almost all the liquid up. It is not the cheapest machine but I would say it is worth the money.

Does a great job cleaning.

Bissell is a reputable brand. I really wanted to like this and be able to keep it for small areas that my dogs love to have accidents on. It has great reviews and overall does what it claims, sorta. I am particular though. The suction just was not enough for me. It hurt my wrist after a while having to press down so hard to run the head over the carpet. You cant just go over it once after you spray. You have to add rigorous force to try to brush out any stains. The suction isnt superb, so you have to repeat your motions of removing the water. After reading reviews about the handle part breaking from a bad connection, I was very careful to have a good grip on where the head attaches to the tube. I did not use the carpet cleaner bottles that came with it. I used my Puracy carpet cleaner instead. The cord is super long, but the hose should be longer IMO. As for the soap & water reservoir, it is inconvenient for the cap to be on the bottom (although I understand why) because if you do not line it up just right, it starts leaking. I learned that the hard way and was so paranoid of continuous leaks, that I had it in a giant plastic tray while I moved around from room to room. Too much physical energy required on my end, and Im young and healthy! I dont recommend this if you are prone to wrist strains, elbow tendonitis, shoulder or lower back pain. I did get some good thigh and butt work in though, squatting to clean the hard to reach areas :). Overall, I prefer a professional to come to my house. Their equipment is just better.

Finally had made the decision to purchase and I’ve used it on my dining chairs, my carpet, couches, and I’ve used it to deep clean my car and I will never regret buying it. It’s come in handy for kids stains when my nieces come over and drop juice on the carpet or chairs. In an hour I had all my dining chairs looking brand new as they have light tan fabric on the seats. The pet solution worked effortlessly on the carpet when my puppy had a few accidents. Don’t hesitate just get it you’ll never look back.

I bought this because we just adopted two puppies. This little machine has gotten rid every stain I have used it on so far. I also decided to clean our couches with it. Let me tell you when I say it works...I mean IT WORKS. I used it on one couch first and it got so much yuck out of the cushions and now that couch looks almost brand new! I am seriously shocked at how well it worked on my couch. Can not wait to do the other one because it is worse off as far as stains. When I clean that one, I will post an update with before and after pictures! Also get the pet oxy cleaner from bissell. Smells AMAZING!

Works great. able to get through the nasty smells an stains with easy. Pretty good power for the compact design. Only thing I would change is the length of the hose it’s self. No complaints tho. Great product.
