> 24 hourBut this machine! Best I’ve ever owned! I Originally got it because I have a little dog who urinated on the side of my couch. With Bissells pet carpet clean took the spell right out and pulled all the water out to where it was practically dry when I was done cleaning it. Tonight I spilled cold coffee all over my white Turkish rug. Got up ran to my machine Sucked the coffee out first with the large tool end piece that filters excess that you do not want going through your machine so it would not get pressed into the carpet by rubbing it in. I then put the small attachment head on and sprayed really well and scrubbed, sprayed and suctioned carpet.reattached the large and piece to pull the remaining excess water out of the carpet. I really thought the coffee was going to stain my brand new Turkish rug. To my surprise it turned out beautifully and just like brand new again. This machine is a must have! ZERO evidence that I spilled a whole cup of coffee all over it. I did not take a picture of the container before I dumped the coffee that it had picked up. But I decided to go ahead and clean the rest of the carpet because I live in the desert and we have a lot of dust . And my carpet looked brand new before I did this aside from the coffee spill in the middle . And in the picture above that’s how much dirt came out of the remaining carpet that did not have coffee on it ! I had no idea that the dust has settled and it was that dirty because my carpet looked brand new and white before the coffee had ever smelled ! From pet cleaning to spills I highly recommend this machine! If you were looking for a hand held this is a MUST buy. Zero leakage, while changing attachment heads it did not make a mess. I’m thrilled, This machine is definitely worth some money.

> 24 hourThis is my second Bissell pet extractor. The first one finally died. But, it got me through 4 Golden Retrievers. Following are the improvements: More suction power. Longer hose. Great cord and hose management. Self storing attachments. This machine is better designed for user convenience, and I would recommend for a friend. Also, if you need scrubbing action, I highly recommend using a soft drill brush, also sold on Amazon.

> 24 hourThey arent paying me to say this, I swear, but this is the best cleaner Ive ever owned. Let me be clear... I dont have any stairs. I have a single floor apartment with brand new carpet. I have a 50lb dog thats a pup. She pees and poops sometimes by accident. Shes learning. Anyway, for SPOT cleaning, this cleaner is AMAZING!!!! Always cleans the carpet. I hand clean first with a paper towel. Then use this to clean the carpet of any stains. and it sucks up pee. I filled the cleaning INPUT reservoir and for weeks Ive been using it without refilling. I use the PET attachment that keeps the poop colored water inside the handheld part. So it makes it easier for me to clean just the attachment instead of the OUTPUT reservior.

> 24 hourOur elderly kitty was diagnosed with a heath condition that initially especially was causing him to toss his cookies-- a lot. I did what I could and pretreated the areas that had been hit, then went online and started researching spot cleaners. I was torn between this and the Bissell SpotCleaner Pro (model 3624). Other than color, they seem to be identical expect for the attachments-- same amps, tank capacity, etc. I decided to go with this model because it has the stain trapper tool (and I dont need the 3624s stairs attachment), and because the other was out of stock and we needed something asap. I thought the stain trapper might be a gimmick but decided to give it a try with the hope that it would offset the additional expense. Im really happy with the machine. I pretreat the spots to be cleaned and start with the stain trapper, which keeps the worst of what I cant pick up with a paper towel from getting into the hose etc. Then I switch to the regular attachment, which has a smaller opening and better suction. I usually make multiple passes and go slow as it says in the instructions. So far everything has come out completely, including chocolate stain on synthetic weave couch, cat vomit on wool and synthetic rugs, and food on microfiber thats water safe. The tanks are easy to fill and empty once you get used to putting the dirty tank handle over the top of the tank-- the first time I was afraid of breaking it, but now I like the design. The hose and cord are easy to unroll and the whole thing is compact and relatively lightweight. The suction is very good, and using hot tap water keeps the spray from the attachment warm, which helps. I gave it four stars for ease of use because I have to use a decent amount of pressure to get the water sucked up completely from the wool rug. But for a machine this size that seems reasonable. Its gotten heavy use since I got it and still smells clean-- I run a couple bowls of hot water through after each use and leave everything open to dry. I dont store the solution in the tank-- I use less to start with and empty after use.

> 24 hourThis works like a dream, however it is just as loud as the full size carpet cleaner. It really sucks it all out! Definitely worth the money.

> 24 hourI wanted to take the time to write a review, since I was pretty impressed with this little thing. A couple things: This does NOT use some crazy technology. All this is is a vacuum with the built in ability to spray, scrub and then suck up stains. It does NOT heat the water, so ideally you add the hottest TAP water you can. (dont boil the water.) Then you mix whatever cleaner you want in the built in resorvoir, spray the mess with the ELECTRIC built in sprayer. (NOTHING about it says the sprayer is electric. I figured it just worked like a squeezy bottle. no. you need to have it turned on for it to spray.) which is fine! Just noting. Then let the cleaner soak for a few minutes, scrub it with the built in scrubber, then turn the vacuum back on and slowly suck it up. It sucks up the water incredibly well! And man will it get it clean. I attacked stains that have been there for weeks and they totally vanished, on a nearly white carpet. Almost too clean, as it is brighter than the area around it now. So, what is silly about this? Again, it really is nothing special other than a powerful vacuum that can suck up water, with fancy attachments. But, why do i like it so much then? Because it is simple. I use to go at stains with first a method of picking up what mess I could, then a bucket of hot water, another bottle of cleaner, a brush, and a rag. It was quite the process to clean up pet messes. Now all that is in one VERY convenient package. What was a complicated process with all sorts of tools before is now neatly in this awesome little powerful vacuum. Just add hot water and some cleaning solution and go to town. AND with my cleaning method before, I could only soak up so much of the old water. This powerfully sucks up most of the cleaning water! That is why I like it. 4 stars instead of 5 only because it would be amazing if it had a built in motorized scrubber (like a proper carpet machine) AND a heater for the water. That would help a lot, as to maximize the success with this thing, you really should heat up the water first. But overall, exactly what I needed and makes life so much easier.
