BIOLYTE Electrolyte Drink - IV in a Bottle Electrolyte Drink for Rapid Hydration - Citrus, 12-Pack

We initially purchased Biolyte from a local pharmacy in town before finding them much cheaper on Amazon. We always have some in stock in case you get stomach illness, nausea, fatigue or dehydration. I got food poisoning last year and was able to sip a little Biolyte until I felt much better. If not for Biolyte, I probably would have had to gone to the ER to get and IV and nausea drugs and would have wound up costing me thousands of dollars out of pocket. Get some and use it; you will be glad you did!

This really is “an IV in a bottle.” I say this as someone who has had to be rehydrated after unwise outdoor exercise on a hot Florida day. It works very well and the flavor isn’t bad (I prefer the citrus). It’s also good if you have any other nausea issues. It’s not cheap but it’s worth it. I carry a bottle in my daypack when I hike - just in case.

I like the prevention of dehydration! However, it is quite salty!

BioLyte is my go to drink for when I’m working out in the heat and when I’m riding my mountain bike. Use to be a Gatorade fan, but no more.. BioLyte is now my favorite thirst quenching drink and also when I’m feeling sluggish I grab a BioLyte

my elderly dad gets leg cramps and they are severe. Most likely cause he is not drinking enough water. Common among older folks who get tired of going to the bathroom all the time and loose their sense of thirst. This product tastes good - I was honestly surprised by that. He likes it and can drink a bottle a day. Seems to really relieve his muscle cramps significantly so its thumbs up. Its expensive - but I got it for healthcare - and if you want something to work - like a daily hydration product - its going to be more the $1 a can.....just keeping it real. Worth every penny if you need hydration, electrolytes and less sugar then the grocery store drinks.

If you cant get past the nasty taste of this stuff it doesnt matter how good of a claim it makes. Its awful tasting. I will drink it but BIOLYTE will never again get any of my money. BARF! Edited Review and updated rating from 2 to 4 stars 01-23-2021. This stuff is an acquired taste that is best drank chilled. I have finally just finished my case and have decided I cannot live without this stuff and now Im back for another case and that new Berry Flavor. It is a miracle for leg cramps in the middle of the night and this also helps with my frequent nausea. I love it!

Helped my husband recover his energy after an illness.

This works better than any amount of Gatorade. The flavor isn’t as sweet and I always feel better after drinking it.

They’re salty but ok.
