This really is “an IV in a bottle.” I say this as someone who has had to be rehydrated after unwise outdoor exercise on a hot Florida day. It works very well and the flavor isn’t bad (I prefer the citrus). It’s also good if you have any other nausea issues. It’s not cheap but it’s worth it. I carry a bottle in my daypack when I hike - just in case.

Nothing stops cramps like this stuff

This electrolyte drink works better than most, but it is expensive!

Great product. That being said I was a little disappointed to find out that I can buy12 for $42 at my grocery store(2 for $7) and I payed $49 and some change on Amazon. Not such a great deal.

Product definitely works but the citrus flavor smells like cleaning disinfectant and tastes what you would imaging cleaning disinfectant to taste like.

Tast is very different but works amazing.

As a person who has POTS, this stuff has been an absolute lifesaver. My cardiologists PA asked how many Biolytes are you drinking a day at my last visit since my symptoms had been worse. When I looked at her like a deer in headlights, she said you ARE drinking those, arent you? That was the first day I had ever heard of it. She had me pull out my phone and order it on the spot. I received it a couple of days later and havent looked back. I drink at least one a day and cannot begin to express how amazingly well it has worked for me. When I start feeling lightheaded or feel my BP bottom out, I just drink one and feel better within a short period of time. They help with nausea, too. I definitely recommend these to all the POTS-ies out there!

This works better than any amount of Gatorade. The flavor isn’t as sweet and I always feel better after drinking it.
