Guys it’s not the best tasting thing but it’s bearable. I work in a warehouse where it can get up into the 90s for 12 hours a a day and experience severe dehydration I drink one of these babies at night before bed and it helps so much. No more cramps. Also helps when you the next morning because drank a bottle of whiskey because your wife left you.

Rehydrate after chemo.

I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and can easily get dehydrated in the process, this product is excellent for instant hydration and avoids trips to the Center or ER for iv fluids. Highly recommend.

I have to dilute it or it’s too salty for my taste. I use a 3 water to 1 bottle ratio.

Taste could use improving

This stuff is worth every cent. I cannot express how awesome this stuff is for a hangover, overeating, and feeling better after being dehydrated from being outside/overheated or being sick to your stomach. Your headache will lessen and youll feel better overall. While it is not a replacement for actual medical care, it really is like an IV in a bottle and the best electrolyte drink Ive ever had. My friend worked outside in the heat every day and often felt like passing out, but started to drink one in the early afternoon and sipped on one through the day and felt so much better every day. 4 Tips: 1. Drink it cold! It will also work at room temp but tastes better cold. 2. Youll get used to the flavor. The citrus flavor helps, but it is inherently a lil salty and a little odd at first but you get used to the taste, especially when you need electrolytes, and you see how it helps you. 3. Drink a whole one immediately (moderate pace, dont have to chug), then sip on another throughout the day. This has worked best for me in the past especially with hangovers and day after the beach. 4. Of course drink water before, during, and after any event you know will drain you. They also sell this at liquor stores and pharmacies but its cheaper to buy in bulk once you realize how useful it is to have on hand as a remedy. Hope that helps!

It helps during chemotherapy when you feel tired and dehydrated.

Great for fast rehydration but I wouldnt make a regular casual drinking beverage out of it. I have used in intense heat and after a few too many

I like the way it works. I dehydrate often without noticing my lack of fluids until it is too late. I have started to recognize the symptoms and I have found that Biolyte replenishes my electrolytes quickly.
