BIOLYTE Electrolyte Drink - IV in a Bottle Electrolyte Drink for Rapid Hydration - Citrus, 12-Pack

Ok. These are salty. Really really salty. The flavor is not amazing. Even cold its pretty salty. But it works.

My daughter has POTS and was getting an IV Saline infusion every 3-5 days to stay functional. Hoping to get her off of the IVs, her cardiologist recommended trying compression leggings and Biolyte. She drinks 1 Biolyte per day (more when she plays volleyball) and has not needed an IV Saline infusion in over 5 months!! The taste was a bit of an adjustment in the beginning and she could only drink it cold, but now she can drink it at room temperature. She has tried other hydration drinks, but prefers Biolyte. I am so grateful for this product!

My sodium levels were always too low. I drink one bottle of Biolyte every day and it keeps my levels in the normal range. I like the taste, so it’s an easy fix for me.

It is rather expensive but worth every dime.

I discovered this product while on vacation and the hotel had them in stock in the market area in the lobby. This was exactly what I needed after dealing with an upset stomach the day before and being dehydrated. It worked wonderfully. I don’t find them in stores in my area, so I’m going through a 12-pack each week to stay well-hydrated. I mix them with water at about 60/40 water to Biolyte, and that works great. The Citrus is my favorite. Highly recommend.

Biolyte is a great product to ensure you are getting the proper amount of electrolytes & hydration. However, now that they are almost $4 a bottle I will have to find something else that is a better value.

I love this drink the flavor in the electrolytes, but it is a little pricey through Amazon
