While not a high end monitor it is an exceptional buy for the money. Perfect for those who want the convenience of using a laptop that doubles as a desktop. This monitor allows you to to view your laptop desktop and is very sharp and easy to use. In addition the monitor has speakers which also is a plus. An excellent buy for the money and easy to hook up and use. This is the second one we have purchased. My husband liked my laptop/monitor setup that he asked for one for his birthday. I would recommend this product whole-heartedly

Daily usage, hasnt worn out. Came in a nice box. One of the inserts is wobbly, I am fairly sure its on my desktop towers slot but then its got no signal detected until I jiggle it into place. Fairly frequent, Im getting my tower repaired soon.

It was a great product up until recently. It’s been about 2 years and 8 months since I ordered two of these. Last month, the first one completely died. Plugged in with multiple cables, wouldn’t even turn on. Now the button appears to be stuck on the second one, meaning the menu is ALWAYS being scrolled through. I’ve tried closing it, cleaning around the button being pressed, pressing it from multiple angles to see if it was stuck. I’ve had cheaper monitors that lasted for triple the time I’ve had these. Support was useless when I contacted them and never responded to any of my emails. Embarrassing for a company like BENQ to still have these problems.

I purchased this to use with my ps4. This is a 75 HZ monitor and the cap for PS4 is 60 so why not. It was very easy to put together.( 100% tool less) it does have speakers and honestly for a monitor under $200 i was surprised. I wouldnt recommend FPS on the speakers but it has better sound then my $400 pc monitor so thats a plus. The picture quality was great right out of the box. Normally you have to tweak the settings right out of the box but it looks great as is. I would recommend and purchase this again for console gaming. For PC gaming you are better off with a 144HZ panel. As always IPS screen looks amazing.

I purchased this because I wanted a high-quality, light-weight display that was easy to transport for working trips when I go to visit friends & family. Works great with my Macbook Air allowing me to work from anywhere.

I recently started wanting a true PC setup for my streams. I had one of these monitors from a different website and loved it so much that I decided to buy a second to add a second monitor to my setup. The monitor came fast and was handled well. The packaging was well protecting the screen. The screen is so clean and clear. I have no issues with getting it to work with my setup via display port or HDMI. If you’re looking for something to just browse the internet with or to do gaming this is the perfect screen. The size is perfect for me. Would highly reccomend

Its a good budget monitor, and I I dont have an issue with the reactive brightness. I can play with overhead lights and then completely in the dark and I never have to change the brightness. Its also not a drastic change thats immediately noticable, its a comfortable transition that doesnt bug my eyes or make me strain to see (and I have poor eyesight lol). Its also very sturdy and heavily built which makes it feel more expensive than it is. Ive played a multitude of games (valheim, skyrim, wow, rust, fallout etc) and they all look great running high graphics. I dont notice delays, shadows, or any other malfunctions and colors/textures seem true. The only complaint I have is that the screen came with a burned pixel which sucks. I decided not to send it back as its on the top left and I dont see it while Im playing games, but when I edit photos I can really see it and it gets annoying. Overall though, good monitor and Im happy with the purchase.

I bought this monitor in April of 2021 and a few months later had my first experience of turning it on and the screen was rapidly pulsing. I called customer support and they led me through thirty minutes of troubleshooting that did not solve it. I was out of the return window with Amazon. Four days later I turned it on and it was fine. Fast forward another few months and same problem, wait a few days its back to normal. This cycle continued over and over. I contacted customer support a second time in mid October 2022 and ended up paying $20 to package and ship (they paid shipping) it back to them to fix. I just got it back and its working great - I hope it stays that way.

With a change in work from home culture due to COV19 I needed a replica of my office setup at home. 24 monitors, triple-monitor arm, standup desk, etc. I did extensive research as I didnt want to spend a fortune creating this setup but definitely needed it to be a long term office quality setup. With so many brands and options available in the market making a choice was difficult so started with requirements. 1. Needed 24 monitor 2. Needed multiple port options i.e. both DP and HDMI 3. VESA compatible 4. Thin bezels Most of the monitors provided only HDMI and DP was a must for me due to my docking station requirement plus also plan to use the monitors for light gaming. To my surprise, the options with these requirements started with $150 plus but only BenQ GW2480, Phillips, and Scepter monitors were in this range. Further analysis led to BenQ as my choice as it offered everything I was looking for at $130. Although the projected cost of this monitor is $119 I bought three of these at $130 each because the features were worth paying for. Have used it for office work and have no regret so far in buying these monitors. I will use them for gaming later and will update my review accordingly.
