When they work, it is a great experience for both parent and child. No pain, no risk of any errors. However, quality is bad. The head keeps falling out of my unit when inverted.

The only complaint I have is that theres only one steal attachment and it broke very early. Otherwise, great item, buy it immediately rather than struggling to cut your lil ones nails. Its much safer than a nail cutter.
