> 3 dayi used to use manual nail filer for my baby. but its always hard to file her toenails using the manual one. so i decided to get this electric nail filer. it worked fantastic! if one rotating direction doesnt work as well as expected, i would switch to the other direction. it is gentle on skin, my toddler did not seem to mind during her few minutes of screen time - just enough time for me to file her nails!

> 3 dayI bought this in place of a nail clipper for my baby. It is great, easy to use and much better than trying to cut your babies nails with a nail clipper. Less daunting and something worth mentioning is that: as soon as it touches the actual finger it stops spinning. So no damage to baby and safe!!

> 3 dayI just recently had my second child. One of the most horrible memories I have from my first was the time I tried clipping his nails and ended up clipping his finger. I don’t think I attempted anything for a good two months, poor kid lived in gloves. So when I was pregnant with my second, I knew I needed something that wouldn’t amputate my newborn. But also something faster than manually filing those razor sharp claws newborns have. This has so far been great for filing my baby’s nails, my preschooler’s nails, and even mine. The box comes with a set of different options for filing based on age ranges. This is cool. What’s not quite so cool is that it’s not really super clear which ones are for which range. The colors that are supposed to differentiate the files are pretty similar (at least to me, maybe you will find it easier to decipher). Also, there’s a light on the top of the filer which is supposed to help with being able to see the nail better. But the placement of the light and the file disc make it difficult for me to actually utilize the light. Again, maybe I’m doing it wrong and you’ll have better luck. Honestly, overall, it’s a decent product and does what it says. I’m happy that I ordered it because I haven’t clipped off any fingertips

> 3 dayThese electric nail trimmers are amazing! I love them. Unfortunately I have needed to buy many of them. They dont last very long, poor quality. When they work, it is a great experience for both parent and child. No pain, no risk of any errors. However, quality is bad. The head keeps falling out of my unit when inverted.

> 3 dayThis product description is misleading. It is shown on Amazon as a file trimmer and nail clipper. BE AWARE, IT DOES NOT CLIP NAILS, it only files. There is nothing on it that even resembles a clipper. The accompanying card insert tell you what color pad to use on the different ages of babies but there are no instructions that tell you how to use it. It says the pads are pink, green, blue and white. I couldnt not differentiate between the pink and white or maybe I didnt get any pink, I could only see white, green and blue. The list of contents that came with the package said there was a glass nail file included but there was nothing like that in the package. However, the Amazon description does not include a glass nail file so maybe its not supposed to be there. Overall the product works okay but if youre looking for a nail file AND clipper like I was, this isnt it.

> 3 dayIt’s easy to use but if you press too hard it’ll stop spinning. Using it for my 2 months old baby girl. The light works for toddlers since my daughter have small fingers. Clipper comes with heads.

Greater than one weekWhen having a newborn one of the scary times is cutting babies nails. Well I did it and sure enough I cut his little finger :-( now while he was only upset a second I was upset longer. And so the shopping started. This product is great! I have even been brining it with me to show off to my other mommy friends to buy. It is truly so easy to use and no harm to the baby. Even better is I can use it on my other children (ages 3,6,10) and they even have adult settings. I would and am recommending this to everyone.

Greater than one weekBaby fingers are so delicate and then they have even tinier finger nails. Ugh I was using baby nail cutters and once I caught my baby girls skin. She cried. I cried. And then I bought this filer. OMG game changer! For whatever reason, baby girl sits so still as the filer buzzes. We love using it!
