Great to use on baby. I love the fact that you just trim the nails as opposed to clipping the tiny baby nails.

Im sure this can be used for adult nails as there are a variety of filers however I have only used this on my newborn. It safely files nails, YAY. There are a variety of files, YAY. THE LIGHT IN THIS THING SUCKS. The light is useless. It is located BEHIND the file which blocks the light. So...if you want precision, make sure youre near a light source. Q

This is an awesome product with a great price. Very easy to use and my granddaughter enjoys the pampering of her nails. It’s a file not a trimmer but it files the nails down smoothly and comfortably so no fussy baby or fear of snipping a piece of skin. It even comes with adult tips and I have used for myself.. it’s a great product I highly recommend

After looking at other products and reading reviews, I decided to purchase Giggle Teks Baby Nail Clippers. Im the Grandma, and after both my daughter and I gave up on trying to manually file the babys razor like nails, I made this purchase. SO GLAD I DID. I used the product on my 5 month old grand-daughter the day I received it in the mail...and ShaZAM.....sharp nail problem solved! The information inside clearly informed me on which file head to use for what age. My little grand-daughter didnt mind at all while I filed her nails. Ive trimmed her nails (and toe nails) twice now and she does not mind a bit. Its quiet and soft...but effective! Id also like to say Giggle Tek seems like an awesome business as they have followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this product as I expect to use it on our little girl when she is older too.

Good product but it scares my baby sometimes. I like the fact that it won’t allow you to push down hard to avoid hurting your baby. I tested it out on me first before I used it on my son and when I was pushing it against my nail it would stop which I like so you don’t accidentally hurt your baby.

Made trimming nails ten times easier. Comes with multiple filing tools that you can late replace because they send extra! Pain free for the baby and saves you a lot of time

I am really impressed with this product. I bought it because my 2 year old throws a fit and hates when I have to cut her nails, so I figured this might help to keep them filed down so I can increase time between clippings. If I can get her to sit still long enough, this product could even file them down enough to eliminate clipping altogether. I used this product today on my 6 month old and it effectively filed her nails down completely. It didnt nick her skin at all and she didnt pull her fingers away which tells me there was no pain, even when the file attachment was touching her skin. I love that you can choose what direction it spins in as one direction is best for one hand, and the other direction is best for the other. I found that the right spin works best for the left hand and the left spin best for the right hand. I read on a couple other reviews that they had a hard time getting the nails smooth and the edges rounded, but I didnt have that issue in the slightest. Once you get a feel for how it works, its easy to get a smooth finish. I found working from the top of the nail surface and moving in a downward motion works best. I also have had a great experience with the company. Shipping was fast and on time. There was a card in the box showing what attachment to use for each age range. There was also a promotion for a free set of replacement heads which I redeemed and is on its way. Amazon also sells the replacement heads so they will be easily accessible. I attached a photo of my 6 month olds nails...on one hand I filed the nail with the product, the other one I didnt use it on yet, just to give you an idea of the before and after. Overall I am very happy with this product, have no complaints, and very much recommend!!

So thankful I do not have to use clippers, scissors, or other sharp items on baby. This filer works to cut and soften nails without the fear of hurting them. My baby just watches in wonder while I use it on her.

Good product

Pretty good nail file quiet enough to do baby’s nail while sleeping. The pink new born color in the description is actually white when you get it. The light is kind of pointless doesn’t really light up the nails well but it works for what it is.
