As a new mother you’re overwhelmed with so much. When we brought the baby home it was easy to file her nails while she was sleeping. As she got out of the new born stage of those first few weeks it wasn’t as easy. I switched to clipping them so my baby wouldn’t scratch her face but with her moving so much I nipped her thumb. I bought this that night and her nail maintenance has been so much easier. It softens the sharp edges so she no longer scratches her self and it gives me peace of mind knowing I can’t accidentally hurt her delicate fingers. Highly recommend

I hate cutting my sons nails and this things less that process so much easier. I just wish the attachments wouldnt flop around the case if moved

Works great for my newborn. Doesn’t wake her up if I do it while she is sleeping, doesn’t bother her if she’s awake while I do it. My only complaint is that the light is really poorly placed. It doesn’t light up the area you are grinding because the light is blocked by the attachments. In addition to that, the light being on makes it harder for you to focus on the dark nail because of this bright light in your eyes.

While this does what you need it to- great to use to avoid clipping little fingers. However, it dulls very fast with no option to order extra reattachments vs a whole new product. Also the light is helpful, but not in the best spot, you really have to spin it over and over to get the angle right and make sure you can see the nail youre going for to avoid injury. Not completely without danger- couldnt see the side of our newborns toe nail while shaving it down as theyre so tiny, and it did make the corner of his toe bleed! So use with caution still.

It’s easy to use, but sometimes the motor stops when touch the nails It’s good, does what was supposed to do But still my baby finds a way to scratch herself I was not surprised the first time, I am going to give more tries and see

I use this to gently trim my bearded dragons nails, as I am too nervous to cut them. My beardie lets me use this, and it works great!

It functions as it should and easy to use. We just had trouble with ours as the battery compartment is faulty, we had to tape the batteries to be able to use it.

This is way better than a nail clipper - I have to wait until my baby is sleeping because he wiggles, but it is more effective than clippers in my opinion because you don’t have to worry about cutting into skin - if baby wiggles and you miss the nail the filer is so soft that it doesn’t hurt baby at all. The attached light isn’t very helpful though —-

I like it super useful because it is a little scary cutting babies finger nails with clipers

This works pretty well but not my favorite thing to use.
