Greater than one weekExcelent conditions. Plays even better than the brand new that I bought. The new ones seems to have a beep or electric noise and this one dosent.

> 3 dayThe meat of this video is as enjoyable as the previous two musical-themed Baby Einstein videos (Baby Bach, and Baby Mozart), but I am disappointed that Disney, who is now the parent company of Baby Einstein, chose to change the format we moms have come to depend on. When you have a crying baby, its always great to just pop in a Baby Einstein video, because the show usually starts up right after the caterpillar creeps across the screen. Then its usually 28 or so minutes of non-stop fun, followed by the Hi, Im Julie Clark... advertising portion, and then on to the credits, which show each toy that was used in the video. This was always great because a baby would still be watching right up until the very end even though the show was over. Not so with the Baby Beethoven VHS! This video features a full five minutes of the newly redone advertising portion AT THE START OF THE VIDEO! This does not capture a babys attention right away like all the other Baby Einstein videos. Also, since the ads are at the start of the video, the tape ends rather abruptly, and although the manufacturers of toys used are names, each toy is not shown again. This is a bummer if you want to buy any of the toys and you dont know what theyre called. Aside from these couple of complaints, the video itself is good, but I would really recommend to Disney, for future Baby Einstein videos, that they please put the ad section at the end instead of up front.

> 3 dayI bought the 12 DVD collection from Baby Eistein when my baby was about 2 months. I think it has entertained my son ever since, and now he is 2 years old and still loves it. I has helped my son to concentrate and learn diferent shapes, objects, animals, etc. I recomend it

> 3 dayMy four-month-old son just loves Baby Beethoven and Baby Mozart. Their very similiar in format -- lovely music, colorful toys, objects spinning, etc. So if youre looking for a couple Baby Einstein films to start your collection for your young infant, Baby Beethoven would be perfect. My son loves it -- he smiles and giggles when he knows its coming on, he laughes and talks to the puppets, and wiggles his legs all around. I think I even saw his swaying or dancing one time. So if your baby is very young (say, under 8 months or so?), I recommend sticking to this type of film -- where your child loves the colors, movements, shapes, etc. But be careful moving on to other Baby Einstein films. My four-month-old hated Baby Neptune, since it had more real life footage -- kids playing in a puddle, a whale crashing into the sea, etc. Not the most exciting for a young infant. I think it just has to do with colors and silliness -- my son even loves the VeggieTales DVDs -- and not an interest in seeing actual people.

10-11-2024We were surprised how my baby sons attention was held by this on the tv screen at 2 months and continue to be surprised at how much he still totally loves it at 11 months. He also now laughs in recognition when the same musical pieces are being played by a normal orchestra over the radio, which I think is just amazing for a baby less than a year old when we made no effort to push him unnaturally. I was leery of a dvd being like an electronic babysitter, but really, Mommy having a few moments to make herself a cup of tea just sets us up for better interactions all morning, and it is actually true that Baby is getting some real musical enthusiasm and development from it!

> 3 dayI have bought several products by the Baby Einstein company, and my daughter (now 8 months) loves every single one! Especially the Baby Beethoven/Bach/Mozart DVDs are a hit. My only gripe about these DVDs is that you cannot skip the first chapters (warnings, advertising for Little Einsteins show, etc), but Ive found that on my laptop I can skip through all of that, and its even easier for my daughter to watch and focus on the screen than on our TV.

> 3 dayMy child was not interested in this video at all! The way in which the information was disseminated in the video is no better than what I give to my child just sitting in front of him with flash cards or a book. And the silly theatrics of the video are horrible, my point, this video is garbage!
