Baby Einstein - Baby Beethoven - Symphony of Fun

What a great dvd! My daughter loves them, and since they dont have obnoxious singing kids or sappy sweet characters, my husband and I dont mind them. The only drawback is you still get the music stuck in your head, but hey, its Beethoven, so it could be much worse! I dont know why my daughter gets so engrossed in these movies, but she does. My husband and I can now even leave her with a sitter and shes just fine. I dont like to plop her in front of the TV very often, but a few times a week gives me the opportunity to put away groceries, pick up a bit...etc. Wow! Theres nothing else like it.

The Disk was used but was in good condition. The baby I purchased the DVD for is loving it.

I am not an advocate of parking a child of any age in front of the television. However, there are just those times where nothing else is working and you have to get a shower, cook dinner, take a breather...you know the drill if you are a parent. This dvd is good for that purpose. It has lots of motion, colors and contrasts that attract the attention of an infant+. My 4 month old enjoys watching it, and already has his favorite portions. However, he bores quickly and I think has already figured out the sequence. The dvd is a series of simplistic puppets, colors, moving objects and pictures of children/babies put to classical music. It is designed to entertain a child, not educate them. Some of the review were disappointed in the lack of educational experience. No, this is not going to prepare your child to read at age 6 mos. It is going to encourage them to be a baby and be entranced by color and motion.

My son had the bach and the mozart, now he has the beethoven. We rotate them so he and I dont get tired of them. He loves this one!

Wow. Youre considering paying $15 for a 30-minute long commerical of toys operating (oh, and look, you can order these toys, conveniently, from our website) and some really, really lame puppetry, and some shots of kids banging around on aforementioned toys (oh, and look, you can order these toys, conveniently, from our website--sic), and some of the most passionless, artless music I have ever heard. Please reconsider. Yes, it might keep your small child interested for a while, but there are much better ways to spend your money if that is what you want. (My small children are wildly entertained by ripping up toilet paper, for instance--for this price, you can buy a lot of toilet paper) If you want your kid to like Beethoven, why not buy them an actual CD of an actual orchestra playing actual music? I found this DVD incredibly dissapointing.

These DVDs are the best. My daughter loves them all. Would recommend to others! The pictures and music are beautiful!

I am so happy with all of the Baby Einstein DVDs.My son is 6 months old and he has been watching Baby Einstein since he was a newborn! Its genius! He sits there and watches all of it! Now that he is 6 months and watched them so much, he has memorized when the end is. He will start fussing right before the credits come up! He just loves Baby Einstein and so do I. It gives me enough time to make bottles or just get off my feet. I will always buy Baby Einstein! I think they should never stop making them! They are GREAT!!!

I started letting my son watch this when he was just a couple months and he loved it... Only thing is, you can get them free online now but if you dont have access this is great!

I love these products for babies -- the music is soothing, babies are soaking up culture and by the time they are 3 months old, they are also watching the videos on the TV that go with the music, thereby learning more! Terrific baby shower gifts, also!

Love Baby Einstein for kids. The music and images are great for little ones. My 7 month old enjoys them too!
