This is a great laptop for me as a student. However during initial install it asked if you want to use the free 5 Gigs of storage with Microsoft one drive. This is not a backup it stores your files on the cloud drive only.

The keyboard numbers are almost impossible to see unless youre in just right position and in bright daylight. I had to buy a keyboard cover so I could see/read the characters. Otherwise, happy!

Daughter loves it for e-learning and very thin! My sister recommended after buying it for.my nice!

Absolutely love my laptop. Plenty of memory and resolution is wonderful. Plenty fast enough and I multi task with several windows and programs open. Exactly what I wanted and even has a backlight for keyboard.

a lot of people complain about the screen with angles and stuff but it has never bothered me and it runs most of the games i play

I have never owned an Asus Brand PC and am quite impressed. This model is fast everything: from the startup to the graphics and sound. The fingerprint login still has issues to be worked out but works. Shipping was great no issues.

Computer works fine but was clearly not a new computer. Cables were loosely and sloppily wrapped, not in packaging, and computer was not in the usual packaging. Box was sealed with Asus tape which was meant to make it seem like it was new, but the rest of the packaging wasn’t there. Would not recommend this Marketplace seller.

Update: 6months into having this laptop the screen hinge cracked. I never dropped it, never mishandled it. Within a week it was completely parted. Do with this information as you please.

You pretty much get what you pay for. Speakers on the computer are very quiet and you cannot hear much of anything. even with headphones, you can barely hear whats coming through.
