its a great budget laptop, the only con I see is the screen

Reason for the 3 stars. I’ll tell you. I bought this for a friend who needed a computer to set up a ovh. (Vpn). Unit worked great for the first few hours!! One issue. Would not charge. Ordered a new charger hoping it was the charging unit. No luck. Now I’m going on week 2 waiting for my return credit. :/. $400 stilling in limbo Amazon! (Hahahaaa)

Delivered as advertised. I got this for my dad and now he wont stay off of it. Its screaming fast has a very solid construction.

Older couple who use it mostly for word documents, pictures, and basic internet use.

After reading the reviews I had some qualms about the screen quality but the laptop I got has extremely good screen quality.

I love the laptop, not for gaming tho

Bought this for my niece and she loves it. Said it was all she needed for her last year in college Battery life is awesome.

the speakers are really quite and on the underside so they always sound muffled, the touch pad doesnt have a scroll wheel effect super inconvenient

El WINDOWS S simplemente es inutil, y yo no he seguido las instrucciones para desinstalarlo y siempre me sale el error 0x80131500 y no hay manera de solucionarlo. Voy a tener que cambiar el WINDOWS por otro sistema

This laptop didn’t even last 3 years. I know it’s inexpensive to begin with, but I expected this laptop to last longer. I called tech support and they had me uninstall the driver, then reset and install back to the factory settings but that didn’t work. Since it’s out of warranty, I’d have to send in to the manufacturer and get it serviced. This would cost more than the original cost of the laptop! So I’m going to buy a new laptop, not ASUS brand and hope for better luck.
