Limited memory makes gaming difficult

The main purpose of this purchase was to buy a laptop with a backlit keyboard, because I often have to work in the dark, however, the backlight does not work in this laptop. I am extremely disappointed. I wrote to the support service, but they did not answer me.

I needed a laptop to work from home. Basics email, spreadsheet, and access on my company’s online system. Some entertainment here and there.

Money wasted on this computer, just stopped working. Never buy another one!!!!

The is advertised to come with windows 10. It did not. It has windows 11. I picked this specifically because it had windows 10. Also, the space bar sticsk half the time. Not happy at all. Upon further examination this is not the computer that was order. FRAUD ALERT!!!
