Everything works wonderfully, the only drawback is that the wireless adapter installed with the laptop didnt work. This could just be a specific case scenario and that i just got a faulty hardware in 1 in a 100000 chance, but it is what it is. I had to buy a Netgear wireless adapter to attach to the laptop via USB and it connected to the internet perfectly fine after. It isnt a huge deal but for someone that maybe doesnt want to spend the extra 40 dollars for an adapter that should already be installed, it could be a negative. Again this could be a very low chance and that i got unlucky but something to keep in mind. Thanks!

In order to access the battery for this device, you have to unscrew the entire backplate of the laptop. While unscrewing the backplate you start to notice the cheapness of the screws and threads. My threads broke and the screws dont fit properly in the threads that are still hanging on. Other than that the laptop runs well.

Random disconnections to Wi-Fi that can only be resolved by troubleshooting or disabling the driver/restarting it. I deleted/reinstalled the driver and changed all the power saving options to not cut off the wireless capability... Still, it happens randomly. Im still testing a few things out, but if it all fails. It will remain 1 star... A solid 4.5 star machine if it didnt have this issue.

I received the first one and the keyboard didnt function the service and replacement were quick and customer service was good the replacement works well i play BDO and i get 69 fps the only reason I didnt give five star is the first laptop failed to function all in all great for the price

When I purchased this laptop I immediately ordered an additional 8GB stick of memory, bringing the total to 16GB and also adding dual channel. I also ordered a 1TB SSD to add as a second drive since the 256GB M.2 SSD is too small if you re playing any newer titles.

So far so good! No complaints here. :) I went from a windows 7 computer, playing games on, to this laptop and it is heaven!

my first gaming laptop and Asus product. i am very pleased. it seems to run games well. i was running fallout 4 on ultra quality. also my screen is 120 hz as ive seen other people saying its 60. i have the ryzen 5 model with 1650 graphics. cant say the battery lasts more than 2.5 hours while gaming that is my only complaint but for the price it is well worth it.!

Ive had this laptop for about 9 weeks now. It is a generally good setup for what I payed. Ive been playing things like We Happy Few, and Mount and Blade: Warband for a bit. And so far, no issues. The design and aesthetics are pretty, resolution is high end, and the Bluetooth sound system is very easy to use.
