I Bought is computer in January it was all good at first Now 7-8 months later this computer shutdown randomly while gaming amazon cant give a solution and acer is giving a run around

Product did not work out of the box. Tech support told me to reset the computer finding a pin hole, that did not exist. I was then told to send the computer to them and it would be gone for weeks. Computer did charge, but would not boot up. I have never had a computer not turn on when it is brand new. I decided not to waste time and just send it back to amazon and not stray from Lenovo again.

This laptop overall is a steal for its price point. Does the job for modern games at 1080p. This is a gaming laptop so don’t expect amazing battery life or anything. Also, I really like the blue over the previous red in the Helios. This laptop is pretty cool both in looks and temperature. I think a big part due to acer undervolting out the box. Give it a try!

The fact that you can touch the left of the trackpad and the whole computer will shut off made me return it I got a replacement one brand new and it did the same exact thing..contacted acer and they gave me a full refund as they could not fix it. They even opened one of their models to see if it would do the same thing and it did. It couldve been a great laptop for the price if that didnt happen. Otherwise it gets a 1 star for not being able to use for christmas.

Ive had this PC for 6 months, and it has been outstanding. The battery life is poor, but for a portable gaming computer, it works exceptionally well. My performance has been excellent easily reaching (and usually exceeding) at least 60fps on any modern title Ive thrown at it. Once you undervolt it a bit more youll find no performance drop and temperatures from the 60s to low 70s while gaming. Lighting fast for any work tasks that Ive needed to use it for, and the wifi card is excellent. I worthy purchase if you want a mid-level portable gaming experience.

The speed of the computer and the graphics are amazing.

There is no better laptop on the market right now in this price range. 10/10 would recommend.
