> 24 hourThis laptop is pretty much everything youd want; fast, powerful, and excellent for gaming. The ONLY complaints I have are the low disk space, the occasional random lag spike due to the processors being too warm (overclocking doesnt help, has the opposite effect than youd think), and the fact that the fans are pretty loud on max fan control (and when idling on auto fan control they never seem to shut off). Other than that this laptop is awesome, Ive been stomping Titanfall 2 lobbies left and right with it.

> 24 hourGreat laptop especially for the price but it does not actually run at 144 Hz. It only projects to a 4K TV at 144 Hz. Pretty bad advertising there.

> 24 hourLighted screen is red color only. Computer only used for watching videos, E-mail and movies. Computer completely died after 13 months but I fortunately paid a lot of extra money for the 4 year extended warranty. After a lot of B.S. from the warranty company, my son (who they couldnt fool) got them to accept the computer back for service. Bottom line it was a hardware not software problem. They totaled my unit and refunded the purchase price minus the $189.00 warranty cost and tax.

> 24 hourThe screen casing is coming apart. The casing is thin, lightweight plastic and other than that, there are only two small metal pins holding the screen to the laptop. With the casing coming apart, the screen literally comes loose from the laptop. Given the price of this laptop, it should be better quality. We are arranging to send this in for warranty repairs, which I dread because of online horror stories about the repair process. The initial email response from Acer implies that we must ship the laptop at our own expense, which would be ridiculous given that it is obviously poor manufacturing. I will reach out to them to see if they will be providing a prepaid shipping label, or if I will be held responsible to pay for shipping their defective product back to them. I will update with details on the repair process.
